Did not ork when it was connected to my lap top usb.

I bought myself this product from Best Buy based on good purchases in the past. This product was a mistake. It stopped working only after a month of me having it. I bought my boyfriend the same one from apple and he hasn’t had any issues. Just mine.

My husband has the Belkin one and loves it. This one, however, sucks. My phone dies super fast, and can’t last all day. I’ve stopped using it for about a week now and went back to my old charger and I can tell a huge difference.

The first one I bought wouldn’t work right out of the box. I exchanged it, and then it second one lasted for about 6 months, 65 bucks wasted. But the 10 dollar one I bought 2 years ago off amazon still works perfectly.

This thing was always sensitive regarding where you had to put your phone to make it charge, it had to be set just right on top if it. Stopped working after about 9 mos. Buy something else.

This is my first wireless charger so I have no basis for comparison. It works fine on the iPhone XS Max, even with a case and popsocket on the phone, though I did have to relocate the popsocket and place the phone onto the charger at an angle. The charger is small, feels well-made, and it has a rubber coating on top and bottom to keep it from slipping around. Comes with a high quality USB cable and charger. One item of note, I tried to use an existing USB cable and due to the shape of the opening on the charging puck, it wouldn't fit - the charger hole is oval shaped. No big deal, but worth mentioning. Charges the phone quickly. I'm impressed with the charging speed. Much faster than the charger that came with the phone but not quite as fast as using an iPad charger.

I had purchased this item before and really enjoyed using it. I purchased this item thinking it would be the same and it was much smaller and the quality was noticeably worse. I returned the item.

I'm not sure if it's the charger or my phone that is already giving me issues. Hard to rate a product you can't really use yet. Somedays it charges, somedays it doesn't. Not excited about it.

I have an iPhone X. Takes forever to charge. Also used it a handful of times and it just stopped working. It does not charge any device that is compatible.

Charger blinks every few minutes while charging. Blinking indicates that there is a metallic object on the charger. It has done this since day one. Does it always charge? Yes. Is it fast? No.

Worked for 2 days and now doesn’t work at all. Have receipt to return and just waiting to have the time to go. So disappointed. Waste of time.

Worked 1st few times then stopped charging. Over $65, should’ve been better. Best Buy was outstanding with ease of my return.

I've tried this unit on a Galaxy S9 and two Galaxy S7s and I can't get it to work. I removed the thin charging cases and still nothing.

I could not charge my brand new iPhone XS on this charger. I finally did get it to start charging but was very slow and never came to full charge. Forget it with a thin case.

It’s not charging.? Read both manuals for the juice and the charger, says they’re compatible per model numbers.? Might be upgrading soon we’ll see if new phone will charge on it

it says fast charge but really isn't fast. The cable in fact charges faster. I wanted to return it but I lost the receipt so had to keep it. I wouldn't recommend it.....

I have a mophie case and does not work well with at all! Tried a different brand and charged right away! Mophie you have to place it just perfect to get it to charge!

Was not at all happy to get this item home after paying $47 each for two of them, to find out that it does not work with my iPhone 11.. was extremely disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Too good to be true, simply lay the phone on to charge? Nope. Six nights, six night fail. Made sure charge light was on before going to sleep.

The wireless base will disappoint you if you looking for a fast charge. Okay to use overnight, but I've not bothered. The base cuts the charge speed down 50%
