I woke up in the middle to a smell of burning plastic. I then noticed that my room was engulfed in smoke. I looked to my right and see the charging pad emitting smoke at an alarming rate. I immediately unplugged it and refuse to plug it back in. Nothing was done to damage this product. It is simply defective. I will never use a wireless charger again and I am hesitant to recommend one to anyone. I am grateful my house did not catch on fire.

IT WON'T. Ok, about one time out of every eight it will connect, and give it a slow charge, and intermittently lose the connection. I have a regular cable sitting next to this useless waste of $$$ that I use to charge my phone.

Had a Morphie power pack on an earlier model that I liked. Tried the charger through the case and without the case, neither worked. Moved it all around. No instructions or troubleshooting tips to be found. Gong back to the store tomorrow. Will try another brand.

It’s a shame because I really liked it, but feel completely ripped off now that it stopped working so fast. Doesn’t charge at all...but the light goes on.
