Defective maybe?

Overheated a lot and I had to return it because after a week of using it it wouldn’t charge anymore. Used the iPhone adapter to charge and it seemed like it was the right amount of power. Returned it and went back to normal charging :/

He noticed the battery did not keep a charge very long and it would die out very quickly. We returned the product to Best Buy for a full refund.
