I bought this case thinking it would work wonders but it stopped working after the first time I used it.

I would not recommend this product I do not like anything about it. I thought would be convient but more hassle.

This item only charged once and stopped after that, it was a waste of $90.00! So upset of the quality!

This battery cover is worth the price. It gives a full charge and then some! The cover protects the iPhone and stands out a little more than the screen so you can place it face down!! It improves the loudness of the speakers as well.

It would not charge, had to bring it back for another one! Second one seems to be working fine!

Does not give a full charge (stops at 40%) and only charges once.

I purchased this case for my son's iPhone 5. This case is sleek and comfortable to hold. It is easy to clean. Charges up the phone when the phones battery runs out. He loves it.

Quit working within 36 hours. A total waste of money.

I got the (red) one so I know that not only will I have a longer battery life but it also helps raise funds for those with Aids. The battery last longer but my iPhone is very old so it probably would last longer with a newer iPhone. It has fallen down the steps from two flights and has SAVED my iPhone at least twice. It should have shattered but it hasn't thanks to this phone. I didn't use the screen protectors that I bought and it doesn't need it some how. It has always landed on the screen side and each time I expect heartbreak and luckily there is none.

I originally purchased the Mophie Helium, which comes in black or silver only and gives you 80% battery power. I wasn't aware that this one is available in red and gives me 100% power, so I returned the other one and got this one for $20 more. It is worth it. It makes the iPhone exactly 1/2 inch longer and a little thicker and heavier, but the case is a nice protection for the phone. It comes fully charged, the lights on the back are perfectly visible, the switch is tiny, but functions well, and the micro USB cable works with other devises as well. You never have to you the iPhone cable again, nor do you have to take the phone out of the case, the micro USB charges both at the same time, just perfect. And for my car I just take another micro USB/USB with me and plug it in my USB car charger.

Have had the product for approx. 2 months now and use it frequently. I love the styling and the weight of the case. Obviously it is added battery power, so it is heavier than the phone and adds a little. But compared to others on the Market this one is awesome. Normally will kick it in when battery get's below 20%. Seems to take about an hour to hour and half to get battery up into the 90's. Do not note it getting it all the way back to 100% even from around 20%. But still giving me more juice. I am not sure if it is just my imagination, but for some reason, it always appears that when I use this case on my phone, my phone battery seems to drop a little quicker than normal. Not sure why, but I am noticing that so I don't know if this case draws some of the juice from normal phone battery (why it would I don't know) but don't be surprised if you phone battery drops a little quicker with this case on it in the NON-CHARGE mode. Overall, I love this product and it does exactly what it claims to do. Will recharge your battery very well. Just don't expect it to take from 0% to 100%, but it is a great product, looks phenomenal, and has some style to it.

Excellent charging phone case. Sleek and great color selection. Makes the phone a tad heavier but that's to be expected. A must have for the Iphone 5S as it loses charge in practically 1/2 a day. It also makes the phone a bit longer but not too bad. Very happy with the Mophie Juick Pak Air. Best Buy online was great service too right before the holidays. Highly recommend this case.

I bought this for my son to use on a high school trip where he may have limited opportunity to charge his phone. It did exactly what we hoped and provided long battery life on the extended bus trip. Once we understood the charging lights (charging charger vs charging phone and charger) it was easy to use.

This case is great. Has a nice great feel when holding it, battery life is great. Haven't had it long to give a definitive review on the life expectancy but Mophie is usually really great with their products. The only flaw for me is the headphone jack requires an extension when using a corded headphone. (Which this includes) I do not like having to carry around a third small piece in my pocket and think it could've been designed better. With the extension you can't use your headphones remote features... I am not sure if the original iPhone headphones fit (Looks like it would) but if you have angled headphone jack (like Beats) you will be required to use the extension.

I bought this case instead of buying an additional chargers for my house($30), a car charger($30), and a charger for my office($30). I am on my phone for work all day long and i was constantly having to plug my iphone in whenever i could to make sure my battery didn't die. After considering how much it would cost me to buy 3 additional chargers i decided to buy the case instead. I originally bought the Mophie Helium and it broke(i pulled the case apart to clean the dirt and lint off and the plastic cover that holds the electronics on the inside in came apart. I returned it to best buy and bought the Mophie Air instead. I will say that the Air is a better deal for the product you are getting. It is constructed better and the charge capacity is significantly better, my iphone will be at 10% and it will charge it back to full without an issue! The helium would charge it back to full if i turned it on at 30%-35%. For the additional $20 it will cost to get the Air rather than the Helium, it is definitely worth it but the Helium is a great product also. I would say BUY IT!

This is a well designed case that looks great and feels great when holding it. My only problem with it is the case is not that grippy so I always have to make sure i have a good hold on to it. This case will not quite give me a full charge when my phone has been drained but that is not a big deal to me. As long a i can get more charge while on the go is good enough for me. Recharging the phone and case is pretty quick also. It's also a pretty slim design for being a battery case.

Everything about the Mophie is gorgeous and amazing except the cable length. The case is durable, beautiful deep rich red, easy to access if you have to open it to get to your phone, the charge lights are easy and very smart, the on off switch easy and unobtrusive, light, hardly adds any length to the phone over other cases yet this one is a battery too! One unexpected bonus is that the Mophie design is forced to reroute the audio ports from facing down to facing forward toward your face as when you are looking at your phone. And as such the volume and richness and fullness of the sound is increased over how the iPhone sounds without the Mophie. I mean it's really better! My only gripe and it's serious is that they include a 3 foot charging cable with it which is fine, like the regular iPhone cable, if you're charging while not listening or talking. But if you need to use your phone and charge simultaneously, these 3' feet cables are just too short and totally against the concept of creating a better iphone product and then have your head against the wall while trying to charge and talk simultaneously. Why aren't cables not 4, 5 or 6 feet? Or why doesn't Mophie at least offer one for sale so you know you're buying a longer cable that is tested and works. I've bought several longer cables and USB extension cords and they work on and off intermittently. Sometimes I get a message on my iPhone with a warning yellow triangle: "This device can 't charge using this cable" Luckily, the phone seems to charge anyway so the warning isn't real or doesn't stop charging. But I WANT a longer charging cable I can rely on and I don't mind buy it. I just want it blessed by Mophie. Other than this, buy this product, it's amazing if you are not always near a wall socket and need your phone for long periods of time.

I brought a battery case on groupon, it was a piece of garbage. Then I heard about morphie case, went and checked it out at BB. They didn't have the Air version. They only carried the Helium. I have to wait for few weeks before they stocked the Air . Totally worth it. The case fits pretty well with the iPhone. Feel pretty good on the hands. I have enough juice to last me a whole day. Worthy every penny. Will stick with morphie in the future.

I have owned Mophie cases for all of my iPhones and I have loved all of them. It was a bit disappointing having to wait so long for the iPhone 5 case to come out but I suppose that wasn't Mophie's fault. And just like my old cases it will take a 20% charge back up to 100% in a relatively short period of time. Which on days of heavy use can be a true life saver. The only complaint that I have with the juice pack for iPhone 5 is the construction of the case itself. At least the white version that I have has a very cheap plasticky feel to it. When you hold it in your hand and give it a slight squeeze you can feel the case move and shift and hear it creak/squeak. I'm not sure if this can be attributed to the fact that this model separates at the bottom of the phone rather than the top like the previous models but it doesn't leave you very confident as to how long the case will hold up over time. Still it does do what it is designed to do and that is was is most important so I would recommend the Mophie Juice Pack for iPhone 5 for those heavy users who find that they run out of battery life before the day is over. Just take care with it and you should be fine.

However it can charge an extra 65-70%, you will not see the extra 100% charge. Also, do not charge while in your pocket, due to the device heating up quite a bit.
