Overall I am quite happy with this case. I am also pleased to know a portion of the proceeds goes to a very good cause. The battery provides more than enough for my needs. The majority of my low battery emergencies happens while I am waiting at the VA hospital for appointments and pharmacy. It was a fantastic bargain for me after getting a $25.00 gift card from Best Buy over a small issue regarding another purchase and a 10% veteran discount. The speaker placement is excellent. Apple should have their speakers up front in the first place. The negatives, first while the battery is sufficient for my needs it's not quite a 100% recharge. Around 10%-20% of the charge is lost by the charging process. The cable should definitely be one foot, even two feet longer. When I purchased my case at Best Buy it did not come with the headphone extender, but truthfully I didn't need it. My earbuds and headphones both have straight plugs. Anyway I went to the Mophie website and they shipped one out to me immediately. I am use to a heavy duty protection case (Otterbox Defender). This case kind of scares me. If Otterbox made a Defender charger case like they do for the 4-4S, I probably would have gone that route. I dislike that the case is not covered for drops and Best Buy doesn't offer Geek Squad store warrantee protection for this item.

This is a great product! This definitely helps for the active iPhone users that need that extra battery. It looks great and doesn't add a lot of weight to the phone. Only problem for me was I'm having issues with my power button...and the case doesn't help. That's nothing against the case though!

Good for an extra zap of charge, but I've had more than one fail and stop charging - mophie have been good with warranty replacement.

Got this case as a gift and i am in love... its the greatest battery case. the design - to me - is flawless. i love it. it looks and feel great. It doesnt feel cheap none whatsoever. its around $105 with taxes but i think its well worth it. if you have battery woes.......... BUY THIS CASE!

The Mophie charger for the iPhone 5 does exactly what it's supposed to do. It charges my phone very quickly when in external charge mode. The only complaint is that it is very warm when charging the phone and can be uncomfortable when in your pocket.

Bought as a gift for my mother in law. She loved it, It works well, easy to use.

I bought this case a few months ago. I have learned it is not worth the money. I dropped my case once and there are scuffs/scratches all over it from the one fall. It also cracked and now the plastic slightly pops up. I do not feel as if this product does well at protecting the phone. It does get hot while charging. I also have never reached a full 100% like it guarantees. It mostly is a juice for your phone incase you were in need of emergency battery. Since it does not do a good job of charging my phone up to capacity, I have now noticed that my phone's battery life has been compromised and it dies much more quickly.

The reason I bought this was because I ran out of batteries at Disneyland. Disney charged 2$ and hr. but if you forget to take it out they keep it until you pay the difference. I rather get the other mophie pack duo for the same price. The Mophie AIR holds 1700 mAh of juice which is equivelent to %100 iPhone battery. The Mophie duo holds 6000 mAh. It's more practical if you travel with a group that has different phones It doesnt sync with USB but iphone5 has the SYNC OVER WIFI

I purchase a iPhone 5S the day of release at BB and would have purchase the new apple leather case but they were not available. So I looked for other ones and came across the Mophie in Red and it looked great and it felt nice without making the phone bulky. It charges your phone in a timely manner. If there is a negative is that it will scratch and that is almost impossible to avoid.

This is my second Mophie case that I have owned. I love that it extends the battery and also acts as a case. Sharp looking and always gets compliments.

This is definitely a battery "case". Don't expect premium protection here, tho its still better than cases in the 15-30$ range. The battery extension cant be beat though. Definitely the case for the person on the go. The only thing that really bothers me about it is that it uses micro usb instead of lightning. So if you got your apple products all set up for your iphone, theyre out the window without an adapter. The charger your phone came with.... go a head an put the white cord away and put the micro usb cord the case comes with in.

I got this Mophie because I was going to Paris and did not want to run out of juice. I charged it every night...the phone charges and the Mophie charges. Then when the phone gets real low on battery. Switch on the Mophie and Voila! Works great. One note of caution. When shoving the phone into a pocket or holster you can trip the Mophie switch. No big deal but it uses up the extra battery to keep the phone charged, and therefore may not available when you run low. Just check to be sure the red is showing on the switch until you're ready to use it.

I love the extra battery and this case looks really good on the white iphone.

Mophie took a little while getting this product out but it was worth the wait, at first i purchased an Iblason while waiting for this and it died out on me in about a month... went back to the Mophie and construction, fit, charge time, and overall battery length is so impressive. Being in the military i dont always have accessibility to a wall charger so this is a no brainer to me! great product.

I bought this case specifically for a long flight/travel day and loved it so much that I haven't taken it off since. I definitely get double the use out of my phone before I have to charge it again, most days my phone battery outlasts me and is still about 60% charged when I go to bed at night. I've looked at these cases for a while and am now kicking myself for not buying it sooner! Love it, if you're thinking about buying it do it!

I bought a used iPhone 5 last year and being a 3-year old phone at the time, its battery was in pretty bad condition and would only last me 2 hours of usage. Getting this Mophie case gave me about 5 hours of extra battery time, which was especially useful during my trip to Europe where I was spending the entire day from morning till night walking around the city without any outlets to use.

Secure fit on my phone and perfect for vacation. Extra battery life is a must.

A much improved version of the cheaper, thicker mophies. The air is worth the extra $20 or whatever it is because it is so much slimmer. The black color looks nice with the black iphone and doenst look like out of place. Case is also fairly durable and can in some cases keep the screen from hitting a surface if dropped
