I've used many of these battery cases since the iPhone 3GS and finally got a Mophie Juice Pack Air for my iPhone 5. I can definitely tell the different in build quality. Grips the iPhone quite well, very nice to hold in hand. Switching between charging modes is easy and non-cumbersome. Charges quite fast compared to cheaper competitors. Wish it hand a lightning connector on the bottom instead of Micro USB.

Bought the Juice Pack Air for my iPhone 5 because I am not near an outlet at work and constantly use my phone. Before my phone battery would be under 50% by lunch time. Now I can use my phone all day without worrying about the battery dying before I get off work. Great product zero problems would recommend it to anyone well worth the money.

This is a great product, especially for frequent airplane travellers. One unfortunate revelation is that I cannot use my noice cancelling headphones because the headphone chord, which is a 90 degree corner, will not work while the case is on. other than that, the product really extends battery life.

Most electronics these days are made very poorly, so I was skeptical about buying this case a year ago. However, it does exactly what it's supposed to do and has lasted. The main negative is the outside of the case is cheap so it gets scuffed up easily.

Bought for someone else. Owner seems happy with it so far.

Great feel in hand. Easy to use. Gives excellent piece of mind that you will get through an entire day of use without needed to 'recharge" or restrict use of phone. We have a red and black one...both are great look and feel.

love this little gadget! Makes life so much easier having a charged phone at the ready. This is my second mophie...the first one died and I am absolutely dependent on the extra phone time it gives me.

Nice look & great weight balance in hand. Battery extension awesome. Major problem though - I've now broken 2 in less than 6 months. It's advertised as a phone protection. The phone has been protected, but the thin metal casing bends and breaks after multiple drops. Last night it bent at the charging cable point. Warranty covered it the first time & not sure if it will be replaced again or not. But will definitely go back to my LifeProof cover and deal with the bulky size. This truly has a poor design flaw .... not cheap either.

One of the best add-ons for the iPhone. Not only a nice looking protective case, but backup power to boot, which is a must have with the battery eating iPhone.

I'm on my cellphone quite a bit and I was draining my battery my brother told me to get a mophie. I'm glad that I invested the money. I'm glad that it already comes charges

The case is nice, the battery works. Guess what, it uses a non lightning plug to charge your phone so all of your current iPhone chargers are worthless AND the headphone jack is significantly recessed so you have to use an adapter cord with all of your headphones. What happens if you lose your adapter? Your searching how to buy a new one. VERY inconvenient.

I love the new colors! I've used mophie cases and portable chargers for years. I can't go without them!

Great Idea to extend battery Life. It works good. I am buying a second one and recommend getting Best Buy to match Amazon like I did.

Overall excellent. Very light weight, could be a full time case/protection for Iphone 5. Nice the headphone extension comes with although it would have been nicer is mophie just made the headphone hole a little larger for 3rd party headphones (bose noise reduction etc) otherwise all around my favorite mophie charger yet because it fits so well on the 5 and protects while being lightweight and looks nice and good grip, not too slippery. Does not charge to 100% if you are 20% or lower before turning it on, but close, depends on use

I bough this product in 6/14 and for a week now is making my I phone 5s crazy that i need disconnect the product. I bought this product because I am working with the phone all day and I need the extra battery charge. I love it until broke. It is still in the one year warranty. I would like someone fro customer service to contact me about this product warranty.

The battery pack was great for at least 6-8 months. Worked perfect, had an awesome charge life (would get me from 10% to 100% and even then stay charging). After that point in time though, it started falling apart. The trim around the case was coming unglued and the charging port was loose. I contacted Mophie and sent it to them under the warranty; who then lost my case and after a month found it in their warehouse and only then were able to send me a replacement back. When they finally did, the replacement case would only recharge my phone from 10% to 60%. I would recommend buying it but keep in mind you'll need to buy a new one 6-8 months down the road.

This is a great phone case and the extended battery life is just what I needed! Love this case!

Excellent product to prolong battery usefulness. Great looking.

I had the mophie for the iPhone 4S and would use it as a mobile charge. When my iPhone battery got low about 10% I would put this case on and move on. After a few hours it would be at 100% and still charging. This case does not do the same thing. It gets it to about 80-95 depending in use while charge. If you know anything about these smart phone batteries you need to baby them. Wait til it's atleast down to 10% before charging and make sure you get to a full 100% percent before taking it off the charger. If you don't follow this rule, your phones battery will losing its life and suddenly you are not getting the life out of your battery you used to when it was new so that is why it bugs me. If you are a on the move kind of person it helps a lot, when you need to keep moving and no time to wait around for your phone to charge this will help you out but just be aware you won't get a full battery charge out of this case.....and no it's not good to leave your phone charging all the time so don't try using the case battery first
