Excellent product to use, very useful when I run out of battery

The devise gets very hot whenin use and i exoect it might bedamaging the iphone. it charges very quickly but really gets hot. The charges do not last very long

Written by AW from HIGHLAND PARK product sounds great. Reality is much different. Going on my third one in as many months. Mophie stops charging after 3 bars. iPhone states does not support device. Only syncs when removing phone from Mophie. Stopped simultaneously charging phone and Mophie. Overall looks great yet product failures make me rate this a DO NOT BUY wish I read the reviews before I bought. New reviews state Lenmar Meridan is better. Anyone have an opinion? Lastly, this is really an Apple problem - lousy battery design. But Mophie solution is another failure. Waste your money if u want. !!!

I dropped my phone in this case from 3 stories high on cement. Nothing happened to my phone, it was perfectly fine. Not one crack or scratch on my phone and the case still worked perfectly!!!! Maybe it was just luck but I love this case !

I purchased this product with my new iPhone 5 a little over a year ago. This juice pack costs significantly more than the competition but I expected that would result in a quality pack. Fast forward 1 year and the juice pack no longer works. On top of that the case looks terrible, doesn't hold up well over time. Mophie said they would replace it which was great but the juice pack the sent me lasted only about two months before it went completely dead. They won't replace that one. At the end of the day when you are paying this much of a premium you expect quality. I would have been much better off buying a cheap 25$ charge pack and just buying another one when it failed. Would have been way cheaper and looked much better. DON'T BUY THIS!!!

Great case for my wifes phone. She loves the feel of it and the shape.

I was excited when I got my iPhone5 and planned to put a Mophie on it because I've had a hard shell white Mophie on my 4S for over a year and it's WONDERFUL. The red Mophie Juice Pack Air is beautiful and a TOTAL DUD!! It claims 100% recharge but even the first few days I used it this Juice pack would only charge my phone to 45-50%. Today (10 days after purchase) my phone completely died before I turned it on and it charged to 10% before it started making the connect/disconnect sound and was empty. This is a total waste of money and it's going back to Best Buy Monday. I'll buy a regular case and find a separate recharger. My daughter bought the same Mophie in black online and returned hers also. She also says it also cut her cell signal. I hoped she just got a dud - but it looks like this Mophie model IS a dud. On a side note, this is almost identical to the Ivy Case brand I used to buy for my 3GS and my 4 - However, IvyCase started selling a battery case that looks suspiciously like this one that was terrible. I bought one for my 4S and it ended up in a drawer. It was a terrible waste of money that I couldn't even use because it would constantly connect/disconnect/.connect/disconnect... Very disappointed!!

I am very disappointed in the Mophie Helium and Mophie Air battery cases. I had to return 5 of them for poor performance. (yes, FIVE). I sure they were not counterfeit. One would not charge. The rest all had the same problem: After a few weeks they would not fully charge overnight and would not allow the iPhone to fully charge. On the Mophie website they suggest that you do not let the Mophie charge all the way down before you plug it in for the night. I found this did not consistently help. You can remove the iPhone before you charge it and the Mophie separately but removing it is a little difficult and I do not want to have to do this every night. (It was not necessary to do this with my previous Mophie for the iPhone 4).

Fits the phone tight and gives a good feel to it. With this case you lose your syncing cababilities. The connector port is used to charge the case and the phone only...nothing else!

I have had horrible look with the mophie's for the ipone 4. I hope by having the cord connection on the bottom will correct the major problem. The old cases broke apart within a year no matter how careful I was with the plug.

I just bought it yesterday. I'm highly disappointed for the lack of some essential features to a point that I will return it right now. Battery life must be good.

I finally purchased this product after being fed up with my iPhone 5S battery life and needing a protective case after dropping my last 5S. Right out of the box I am so excited I throw my box and receipt int he trash thinking I finally got this great case i'll never return it. Boy was I wrong. Out of the box it was awesome. Slid my phone in, flipped the switch and charged my phone. That night plugged up the case with the phone still in it and, like advertised, it charged the phone as well. The next day my battery hit 20% and I flipped the switch but to my surprise, no vibration. The case would no longer charge the phone. Plugged up to the wall and would not charge the phone with it in the case. Terrible. I have been reading reviews and issue people have been having and supposedly it is an Apple software issue. I am on the latest iOS update. I have reached out to Mophie for them to try and solve the issue. Based on what I have read, this case will end up being an expensive paper weight. Lesson to be learned here. Save every box and receipt until the 14-30 day return period is over. I put too much trust into this company. Lesson learned. P.S. I bought the Black Juice Pack Air and in the sunlight the outer edge is more of a brown. All around not happy with this product.

Beware. You do not get the battery life promised. I would have been happy with 80% (this was a 100% case) but I only get about 60%. I do not live in a town with a Best Buy so I try to shop there when I am in a location that a store exists. I tried to return the case to a Fort Smith AR store but I was 2 or 3 days past the cut off. And the cut off is only a matter of a few days. I only wanted to exchange. I didn't want my money back. Best Buy was rude and dismissive. So, a subpar product and horrible customer service. There are other shopping options than Best Buy. I will purchase over the web, Walmart, Target, etc. before buying at Best Buy again. This may be a great product and I got a defective piece. I'll never know.

Bought one, used it one time and now it will not hold a charge. Being out of warrenty no one wants to stand up. Total waste of money

I have had three of these. I have bought my girlfriend two. They are not very good cases. If you drop it even on carpet it will not function correctly down the road. I have a hard time recommending it because I have had so many problems with it. I am upset that each replacement has gotten less durable and more problematic. I have often had my iPhone say that this is not compatible and it wont charge from it. I have wondered why as this is specifically for my phone. I wish that this had a better case or offered more protection from small drops. This is to fragile to rely on.

I bought this case about 2 weeks ago, the only good thing about it is the appearance. On the box it claims it will give your phone a 100% recharge from 20%. So, I charged the case to 100%, then had it on standby mode until my phone reached 20%, when my phone reached 20% I turned the case on to charge my phone, it got my phone up to 60%, then the case died. Poor poor investment, hopefully I can get my money back.

Bummer case if you are looking for any protection at all from dropping on any surface. My entire glass screen shattered into a million pieces after dropping it, flat face up, onto a rubber padded floor! I have had numerous other cases, far cheaper that have been bomber, light weight and serves the greater purpose!

Bought a Mophie with a 100% charging and it only worked for 3 months if that. It only charges know for 34%. wasted $$$$$$
