Side button stopped responding after two weeks of usage. I took it back after 14 days. Worst part is that BestBuy normally doesn't replace or accept return this product and client has to contact company. At least that's what cashier told me. I insisted that BB has to accept the return because seller didn't disclose return policy and I was under impression that policy is same for all products sold in BB. I need juice pack but I'm scared to purchase again because I don't want to deal with calling the company and shipping product back in case there is issue with it again :-/ . I might purchase this product again to give another try but from different seller.

Got this case and 17 days later the side buttons were broken and the top piece wouldn't stay on anymore. Bestbuy would not return it due to 15 day policy and I returned it to mophie and still awaiting a replacement a month later.

My first one had to be replaced within a few months. The ringer silent button would not work . I had it replaced and then the case broke again shortly after warranty expired. Not worth the expensive price ..

Works great, love having an extra battery when I have no place to charge one. The case is slightly heavier, but since it has a battery in it I expected it would. It's really no more bulky than any quality cover. The only thing I don't really like is needing the Micro USB pass through cable for headphones, other than that no issues.

The color is great and for the first 30 days, I thought the product was great. However, the case will no longer charge. This is the second case that is faulty.

Not as efficient as I would have hoped. Doesn't recharge iPhone more than once without needing a charge itself.

Worked great for about 6 weeks...now nobody can hear me talking when the case is on the phone.

I was excited to receive my new Mophie case considering I'm leaving for vacation to NYC on Friday. It arrived last night missing pieces and broken. The switch was constantly turned on and would not switch off. Now I have to return it today and HOPE they can ship me a working model by Friday morning

I ended up returning this case for a couple reasons. 1. This case requires a separate charging cord, while this might not be an issue for some, I prefer to use one cord for my phone and not need a separate one for my phone and one for my case. 2. The case gets warm.

I will never purchase a mophie charging case again. The charging port breaks, and the warrenty process with Mophie is extremly inconvenient. Not worth the trouble.

Outside exterior is so slippery I already dropped and cracked it . There are outside exteriors with our shine they work the best but only one color I found (black)

I bought 2, one for my Iphone 7 and one for my Iphone 6. The one for the 6 didn't work - won't even charge up to use it. I need to return it.

Inside of three months I have had to replace the cord twice and now the unit will not charge, disappointing

This product did not work at all. Also didn't have a cord inside to charge it. Returned it.

Stop working after 2 weeks. Employees said it was a great product buy it wasn't

Never charges completely, vibrate switch changes while in pocket.

For the cost of a this item, so NOT worth what this costs.

Bought this and was broken when i started using it.
