Scratches easily/mute button

That case looks better after 2+ yrs than this one. I've only had it for a few months and it's never been dropped. The switch to vibrate/mute can move too easily.

Ok but the mute button does not work!

I had to argue and beg for the employee to please exchange it after two weeks and one day!
