Not too heavy, battery last a long time, and this item is not too big or uncomfortable.

phone was not as heavy as i thought it would be. charges really fast as well

I enjoy this item very much. Only one slight problem that i have learned to live with, the ringer off/on switch is sometimes hard to operated. Gotta play with it.

My iPhone would not keep a charge and I had to keep it connected all the time. Then a friend told me about the Mophie. I was going to Ireland and very worried about being able to have enough battery power to use my phone as a GPS. I took along several powerful external batteries, but never needed to use them. The Mophie would last all day and then some. Totally recommend this product.

Love this brand they stand behind their product if you have ever been at an event and your phone dies and you can't capture that moment? This will prevent that!!

This is a perfect case for iphone. Gives good battery and a robust case

The juice pack is too heavy to answer calls. Returned for this reason. The juice pack is too large for comfort (female, long fingers). The juice pack adds too much depth to the phone, and the iPhone is already wide enough to give carpal tunnel. Gold color is pretty, but clear is just as good if it is usable!

this worked pretty good. a bit overpriced and my phone got stuck inside of the case a few times.

The Mophie, while attractive, is very expensive for what it does. The Anker is cheaper and provides more power.

I absolutely love my mophie juice pack! I'm just a bit annoyed that it took so long for them to become available at Best Buy but I suppose that can't be helped!

My only complaint is that you have to use micro usb to charge it instead of lightning. However, I think that is more of an Apple licensing issue.

Athena recommended this for my I 6 phone since my Other mophie was for my I5 phone. It has a really sleek look.. I like how it is cover as well as a battery.

I was very excited to get my battery case. The first received, after a long wait and three delays, was the white version. It looked nice but was a slippery as butter - the website (both Best Buy and Mophie) didn't clarify that the materials were different based on your color choice. I returned it for a black one. Like many people I could not get the toggle switch to work right. It did sometimes but then the case would disconnect from the case at the switch point, so I would have to reinstall the case. In addition, the case didn't quite fit the phone. If I grabbed the phone with any degree of pressure (or just put pressure with one finger) below the volume buttons, I could feel the case flex as it clearly was not securely attached to the phone. After one day of use, I returned this and ordered the Otterbox battery case.

It's an overall nice battery pack, but very bulky and needs separate charging cable. Difficult to take off
