The juice pack will make you love your iPhone even more because now you can have battery power for more than just a day. When I dropped my Mophie, the company gave me a new piece. Then my kids pulled the buttons off (don't ask) Mophie sent me a brand new one! Awesome company!

Not All JuicePacks are the Same

I've had the other rubber texture exterior ones before and would only get that type again. I returned it and opted for just a standard case. The real problem is the belt clips needed to carry these devices breaks in about 2 weeks. Mophie needs to fix this.

Good battery, poor switches

Mute, volume and on/off battery switches work with some difficulty. Sometimes mute switch and battery switch don't make contact with the Apple phone. Requires some care to align phone with battery pack during installation.
