Started traveling for my company and decided that I required more power than my iPhone 6 could sustain. Purchased this case with high hopes that it would solve all of my problems; it didn't. Not only did I need more power, but also more storage. After going to two semi-local stores and having horrible issues trying to find this product as well as the SanDisk USB/ Lightening 16GB flash drive I was through. The stores are in horrible disarray and the employees don't care. Talking to management doesn't help, because they too don't care and are nothing but barely out of their teenage years. I hate saying that as I was a young member of management once once too. I digress though; the main design problem with this case is a proprietary charging port, not a lightning port! It made using a flash drive impossible. You also have to carry two separate chargers; one for the phone and one for the case. I refuse to do this! Mophie makes a nice product, but them using a proprietary charging port was unacceptable in my opinion. Beware! Fit and finish were fine.

I love my new case. It looks great, isn't too heavey, and keeps my phone going.

For heavy phone users, this gives you some backup juice to last through the day.

This battery pack is great you get around maybe 4-8 hours of extra battery life

I only have one problem with this item, the buttons that are suppose to line up with the left switch stop serving their purpose almost immediately. I used it straight out of the box and I asked the associate for another one and had him install it. A week later the same problem occurred and I was again unable to switch the volume on and off. This seems to be a design issue. Thanks!
