This is my 2nd Mophie battery pack/ case

Poor Impact protection

I dropped my iPhone a single time from about 2 feet off the ground and the screen cracked. It is back to Otterbox for me ( many drops from 5 feet and never a problem).

Didn't work!

Poor quality compared to past units

Check the package

This was clearly s returned item because the headphone jack extender that is required was missing from the box. They keep these on a lockable rack so it wasn't possible for someone to just pilfer it off the rack. Found out when I got home and when I called, they said this was closing out for the iPhone 6 and I could take my chances on another one being available on line, but this was the last one in store

Too bulky
