This case doesn't leave room for standard headphone plugs, so you have to use a (thankfully, included) headphone adapter. I use my phone mainly for music, and couldn't keep this case.

Would recommend you stir clear of this product because... 1. It is quite difficult to insert iphone (i have an iphone 6s). 2. As hard as it is to insert phone into device, it becomes immensely harder to remove the phone from the device. 3. After remove phone the first time, with great difficulty, it left scratches and marks on my phone. Needless to say, I returned the device the following day. If you're looking a battery case for your iphone, recommend you go with the Apple branded devices.

The case was a great fit for my phone and allowed the home to carve while intge case. Unfortunately the case itself would not charge even after leaving it for 12 hours.

This is now my second Mophie Juice Pack. The case seems to work fine for about 6-7 months, but then intermittently stops taking a charge. This impacts so many aspects of my phone usage. I have to carry my lightning charger just in case the mophie stops working, and have a second set for the car. This was a big waste of money and I also find that my battery life of my smartphone has diminished since I used the mophie. They won't get me a 3rd time.

This is the fifth or sixth mophie I have purchased. It is the third of those to fail within six months. Fortunately, the company replaced the failed product.

I may have a lemon. Plan to drop by BB to exchange it.I didn't keep the box because I had a Mophie prior to this one without any drama. Stay tuned.

...not as good as the iPhone 5 juice pack. I prefer it to last as long as the product claims. Didn't meet its own expectations

I love the idea of this type of case, however the case has to be snapped together and every time you do it it gets looser and looser, until it easily falls off

I paid to have the glass cover put on phone. Dropped phone case didn't protect it, glass cover popped off and phone screen cracked. Would not buy again or have Best Buy apply.

I've purchased Mophie cases for previous iPhones and this case meets my expectations. From my experiences I've found the Mophie cases to provide dependable power as well as a bit of damage protection from drops and scratches. The only downside I've found to these cases is their bulkiness, but this should be expected with any battery case.

I bought a phone case/charger 2 months ago and it quit working, Best Buy would not warranty the product. Therefore, I had to purchase a new case.

Don't leave home without a Mophie. In addition to every day use, they are extremely useful when you are at an event that you know you will be taking pictures or videos. I have yet to come close to running down the battery in my iPhone 6. So easy to use. Just flip a switch and you are all set.

We gave this case for a Christmas present this year, and it will not charge.

You have to put it on there perfectly in order for it to not mess up and work well. At the two days of buying one I had to Exchange it. I never had any problems with the one that I purchased from my iPhone 5! But this one for the iPhone 6 I really don't like, other than that a charge as well.

I purchased this phone case about six months ago. It is excellent for anyone looking for some extra battery power and perfectly suited to any user. It is simple to put on and easy to operate. The best thing is that it will hold a charge for several days and when using it to charge your phone charge time is quick. The construction quality is acceptable, however, the banding around the volume buttons has come off and the volume buttons themselves have fallen out. This makes changing the volume a slight hassle but nothing you can't learn to deal with. Overall I am happy with this product and would rate it at 3.5 stars. I would put it at 4, however with the substandard construction I can only rate it at 3. Hopefully this is a problem particular to my case. I would still recommend this product to anyone looking for a battery backup case.

Had a Mophie Juice Pack for my 4S and really liked it. Upgraded to an iPhone 6 and picked up this case based on prior experience with Mophie case. Although the case charged the phone well, I found my new iPhone 6 to be way to heavy and bulky in this case. The new phone was also very slow and was locking up. I was so unhappy with my new phone, until today when I replaced the Mophie with a different case. The difference in my phone's performance with the new case, and ease in carrying it around, has made all the difference.
