Nice fit and not a bad feel, a little slicker than I was expecting. first day of use. 39% phone battery, hit the power button. 1.5 hours later (moderate use during), phone was at 74% battery. Nice that it charges both wirelessly, just not enough recharge for me, returning. Ordered a cheaper one from Amazon that seems to have better reviews and a larger charge capacity. fingers crossed.

After buying my iPhone X in November of 2017, I was finally so excited that a company finally released a proper charging case for the iPhone X, almost a year after the release. I used the case for a few weeks and was really disappointed when I found out how much it can really charge my phone (about only adding 30-40%). I highly recommend that you do not waste $100 on this product. In my opinion I would’nt even pay $50 for this. There’s just no point in adding this bulky case with a micro USB charger and only capable of charging +30%. Will be returning to Best Buy and might puy a portable battery pack for a cheaper price and better product.

I've used Mophie cases for years on different phones, all of which did an awesome job but this version for my iPhone Xs is by far the worst for the money, only charged phone about 40% with the phone sitting idle. Might be worth $50 but definitely not the $100 for the size of battery, expected at least 1 full charge. Will be returning and searching for a better option

First time I used this case when it was fully charged and it only charged my phone to about 35% and it died. Very disappointed with this. Not worth $100 AT ALL. I got other mophie cases for other iphones for about $30 that fully charge the phones and the battery is still almost full. The only great thing about this is that it’s not bulky. I don’t recommend this.

Quit using it because it gets very hot when charging. Should have returned it kept it for the case to protect the phone. After having it for awhile the on/off button did not line up with the phone on/off button due to the battery swelling up. After removing the phone from the case I found that the phone only needs to be charged every three days vs every day when using the case. The case battery must have been drawing the phone battery down.

The only reason they got 1 star is because i couldn't go lower. If you have a Lifeproof case, do not!!! buy this product. I have bought 2 different ones & had to return both. They are sold with Verizon products as a great accessory but they are not compatible.

I bought this based on the reviews. On the first day I made sure it was completely charged and ran my phone down to 10% and then turned it on. It took me to 40% with no phone use and then was out of juice. I will be returning it.

I don't know why they make this type of crap. its not even worth $40. so cheap quality. I would never ask anyone to buy this .
