I purchase this battery pack for my iPhone 17 Pro Max because I wanted to ensure that my iPhone battery stayed as health as possible. I also use my iPhone a great deal every day. I have been most pleased with my purchase. The only negative comment I have about the battery pack is that it is a bit difficult to remove the battery pack from your phone once it has been installed. I am very pleased with this battery pack overall because I am able to plug in USBC headphones directly into my iPhone 17 Pro Max while I am using my battery pack.

love it, it keeps my phone charged longer and i dont have to worry about being in a situation away from the charger if my days drag out.

Great emergency charging back up when you don’t have access to a standard power source. Sometimes these do start to not effectively charge as they do when new: but thankfully they have a lifetime warranty

My job requires me to be on the streets for long hours, and this case has saved the day for me. It doesn’t charge your phone to full capacity or rapidly, but it does provide you with a backup battery that prevents your phone from dying.

I am so glad to see this product back on the market. I don’t know if it remained on the market. I used it years ago with a different iPhone and it’s absolutely amazing. So when I saw it available for the iPhone 17 Max Pro, there was only two left and I grabbed one of them they’re outstanding. I’m so glad to see them back and it’s working beautifully. !!!!

The most attractive thing is how simple it is. There’s no separate power bank to remember, no cable to dig out of a bag. The Juice Pack is always there, always ready. If the phone battery runs low, a quick press of the button kicks in supplemental power. Simple. Effective. Just how it’s supposed to be when you’re moving fast. Protection is another one of many underrated wins here. The case does add real drop protection and isn't anything close to a rugged brick. It’s definitely thicker than a minimalist case (physics still applies here) but the bulk adds it with purpose, not sloppiness. I would rather have just a bit more thickness than a cracked screen and dead battery at 30,000 feet. Charging behavior is smart as well. The phone charges first, then the case when you plug it in. It just works…and when you travel as much as I do, that’s precisely what matters.

Didn’t charge my phone very well at all so I was disappointed

Charges at a decent rate but it’s bulky and heavy. And the end of the day o ended up returning it.

Works great ! saw people using it at Apple so knew if they use it it must be good!

It was too bulky, couldn’t quite figure how the charger actually worked and their customer service didn’t help in explaining how the charger worked too.

Great product by Mophie. This is my third case that I’ve bought from them. Highly recommend!
