Customers are saying
Customers value the extended battery life and wireless charging capabilities of the Juice Pack External Battery Case. Many appreciate the protection it offers their iPhone, along with the ease of use and relatively compact size. While some find the case a bit heavy, the positive feedback on battery life and wireless charging outweighs this concern for most users.

Returning for one of the older ones not wireless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A few times a day the battery pack will not charge or charge the phone. When I hit the button on the back to turn the battery pack source on the lights do not blink back and forth to show that it has been turned on or off. I found a temp solution before I return it. Hard reset your iPhone holding the power button and home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo on the screen then the phone will charge until the battery pack does the same thing again. I also bought one for my IPhone 6S Plus and I wasn't very happy with the way the case splits in two, you put the phone in and snap the case together. I've had a Mophie battery pack since they came out and this year is the only time I am not happy with their product.

Junk
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this new in Fed-2017 and had to get it replaced because it stopped charging in July. They sent me a new one, I had to pay for shipping, and the new one won't charge my phone already... less than 6 weeks and it doesn't work. Guess there is a reason it has a two year warranty! Bad part is you'd be better to buy an Apple case because you'll pay over $200 just to get a couple of years out of the mophie by my math because you have to pay to ship it back. That's called throwing good money on bad!

The iPhone 6/6s case to get. Period.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent iPhone 6s case providing excellent protection, battery backup and wireless charging along with a magnetic charging pad !!! Couldn't ask for more. And Best Buy's $20 off the regular price makes the deal even sweeter. Worth the investment.

Performs as advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up with the Mophie case after coming from the Apple Smart Battery case. The material for the Mophie case is superior in that it enhances grip without catching on your pockets the way the Apple case does. It also supports wireless Qi charging where the Apple case does not. The Mophie case tapers toward the edges but is generally a uniform thickness where the Apple case has a weird bump. Apple claims it is supposed to feel better in the hand that way but I didn't find that to be the case. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't any better either. The Mophie case still uses a Micro USB connection for wired charging and requires manual activation of the case battery. I liked that I could use the Apple case without having to put any thought into it.
