I returned a case in Miami Beach Best Buy because it didn't work, no charged correctly and no passed 60% battery, then I bought a new case online because the product was sold in all stores, and I recieve the SAME case in one day in my home!! Ridiculous and UNprofessional

Only worked for a month and now it will not charge itself therefore it will not charge my iPhone 6plus This is the 2nd one in a year that has done this too!

Mophie didn't redesign this case for the slightly different dimensions of the 6s Plus, though they say Apple recertified them and it "works fine". It's actually a really tight squeeze—I ended up carefully using a LEGO separator to remove my phone again. The good news is that you really won't need to remove your phone. Charging, syncing, and photos all work just fine with a Micro USB cable (the case connects to your phone's Lightning port, but exposes only a Micro USB port for charging itself and the phone.) It definitely makes the phone bigger and thicker, but for me and my large hands, that was a win.

I accidentally dropped my phone face down with this case on and my phone was extremely cracked. Should have just stuck with my otterbox case and an external battery

Had one on iPhone 5. I was hooked. Now have one for i phone 6 plus. I try to switch to regular cases.... I can't . Does make phone larger . I don't care I love extra battery . I had problem and mophie gave me a new one... And it is perfect!!!

I bought two of these back to back and for some reason both of the items prevented my phone from working properly.

Love this black case for my 6+. Was worried that it would make the phone bulky but not at all so. Quality is great also. AND I don't even need to use the adapter for headphones (well for now... haven't tried my mixrs) because my apple earbuds and my urbeats fits perfect. OVERALL love mophie cases.

This is my 3rd one and all have only charges a short time and then just quit! Not impressed!

Bought this for my iPhone and it weakened the signal. I returned it.

It is ok but the the phone got stuck and gave me trouble to take it out

C'mon people, really...??? The number one complaint about your Smartphone or one of the biggest complaints should be battery life!! So this phone case is really a "No Brainer"!! It extends the life of your iPhone6 Plus's battery by adding you another couple of hours before needing to plug in. And it does so, without making the phone an inconvenience to carry around. Yes it does yet still make it a little bigger and heavier than normal, but the benefits greatly out weigh the added bulk of the phone. Its a "No Brainer", in my personal opinion. And on top of improving the battery life, it also greatly enhances the sound coming from the speaker of the phone!! This case is a must have for any iPhone user!! Two thumbs up!

Bought this for a present for my dad. He really likes it because now his phone will last even longer. Took 1 star off cos it made the big phone even bulkier lol.

Best buy, never run out of battery. Traveling or at home always have charge. It also charges quickly.

So I'm not sure if this is the one that charges to 60% or what but the 60% one is the one I have and I have to say it's great! The case keeps the phone safe from falls and the added weight and roundness the case adds if a plus for me as it helps grip with big hands. Now, to the case's actual functionality, I couldn't be more satisfied with it, it charges quick, stays cool,and doesn't affect the speakers. (makes them a little louder in my case pun not intended but perfect). All in all I highly recommend this case (and if you've seen my review of the H20 Pro this is the other case I was talking about)

This case is awesome!! Especially for those who use their phones til the last percent. Definetly keeps your phone going longer

Great phone case. nice and heavy in my hands. I wish it wasn't as slick and had a nice grip to it. its still a great buy.

I purchase the mophie juice pack for my iPhone 5s and it worked wonderful. I am just waiting on the arrival of my mophie juice pack for my IPhone 6 plus.

Is a good case. Is elegant and protect, but I expected more from the batery.

I would say that I like the Mophie case, but he down fall for me is the sleekness of the case. I have never had any of my screens to crack, but with this case it seems to slide very easy and fall to the ground/ floor and now my screen protector and screen is cracked. The case makes my phone bulky and it would be difficult to handle. I find that I would have to charge it quit often and have found times when my phone battery was low and the Mophie charger was low at the same time. And it barely charged my phone. My solution is to get me an Otterbox case and keep this Mophie charged and handy in case I need it as a back up for charging. The Otteebox would be used the most and the Mophie only to charge on a flat surface.
