I bought this thing and charged it completely then tried to use it. It won't even stay on long enough to charge my phone fully. I'm unimpressed and really wanna send it but it is what it is I guess. 10/10 don't recommend.

I broke my note with the first time I dropped it off the bed 2feet and it shattered it.oh and its slippery and if your lucky you'll get 30percent of battery with slow charging time

I like the look and how it feels in my hand but the product itself shows fully charged but makes no difference, if anything it shortens my battery life. Waste of time and money.

Terrible product didn't even last me 2 mo. the case wont charge anymore and it was making my phone act up also draining the battery faster somehow. Unbelievable.

Working on my 4th one in a month. None of them charged for more than a day. Have a warranty replacement coming from Zagg in the mail.

This crap stopped working after the first day. I used to love Mophie now I wouldn't buy another product.

Poor quality broke the second day I had it. It was replaced and the battery was no good. Charged it for a hole day and it still didnt work.

Junk returned it doesn't work right and dose not add protection to the phone poor designed

This case is not for power hungry users, keep in mind the case charger is half of the phone OEM battery. DO NOT charge while using, It will only maintain your battery percentage. My case stopped holding a charge after 2mths of normal use, this specific case isn't worth the price. *Purchase with caution*

After about 3 months my mophie case shorted out and smelled like an electrical fire. When the case shorted it damaged my charging port of my Samsung note. I reached out to mophie customer service and they did not seem to be concerned at all. I don't know if this is something they see a lot? They said they are not responsible for any damage to my phone buy they would replace the case. Four months later, several emails and phone calls they have finally got my warranty approved. They said to process the warranty they need to run my credit card for 1 cent. My credit card keeps denying a charge of 1 cent, I called again they said they have to verify the card. I explained this charge will never work, I even offered for them to run it for more so the charge would go through. They stated they can't make the charge about any more then 1 cent. So basically I have a damaged phone, no case, and can't get a replacement over a penny charge. Happy company, save the aggravation a don't buy!
