Only gives me an extra 50-60 percent charge when my phone is at 5%. Its perfect for having a case and extra juice if you're not near a wall plug or in a plane watching movies or streaming. Overall happy with purchase.

This item was easy to set up and it works well with my phone.

When the case works is great but I'm on my second one in 3 months. Battery gets really hot and then case sometimes takes forever to charge. It's a great product when you first get it. If this new one holds up I'll update review.

I purchased every single battery from Amazon and even purchased the I-Blades --- all no good. The Mophie supports QuickCharge 3.0 pass through, charges at nearly QuickCharge 1.0 and supports WIRELESS CHARGING. Well worth the money.

This was my first external battery case. I purchased this and Invisible Shield Liquid Defense. They were supposed to be a replacement for my phone cover. My phone dropped and my screen wasn't protected. Cost me a pretty penny for a replacement phone. I was out of a phone for a day. Then the Battery Pack just drained my phone, heated it up until it felt like it was on fire. I would not recommend either product.

I really like the mophie cases. This is my third one. They have all been really great. I have noticed that my screen tends to be more prone to breaking though with this case as compared to my previous mophie cases.

phone case and battery pack unite to become one hybred. very convient and I miss having one for my new phone

Worked great for awhile but soon malfunctioned after several months, case is still in good condition, usually never had this issue with mophie

If it was built stronger I would give 4 to 5 stars but my note 8 fell from the arm of the clutch and cracked the screen pretty good and I have carpeted floors so it was soft where it landed and then after about a month it stopped charging my phone and the same thing happened to all 3 of the cases I tried but unless you never drop your phone or you want to keep exchanging it every month I would recommend just getting an otterbox for it...

I haven't had any issues from this case. I like the thickness and it magnatizes really well to the wireless vent charging mount. Very impressed.

Had this mophie battery case from Jan till now. It worked for awhile. Now it won't recharge. I had to get another brand.

Charges phone fast when used. Adds a bit of bulk to the phone but also the grip is nice and tacky so it won't slip out of your hands

Such a slim phone turns into a really bulky phone. Full charge only charged my phone to 37% from 3% left on my charge.

A little too bulky, but didn't seem to charge phone efficiently.

You would figure that a backup battery that is $100 would work better than this. It could not even give my galaxy note 8 half of its life. My $14 backup batteries do a better job, so would bot recommend this.

Good case but stopped working after being dropped a week later. However; was able to get a new one through warranty
