Love the fact that it adds power only when needed.

Great I would recommend this item for everyone great.

I tried it and it doesn't really fully charge I usually have my phone at 10 percent and it just gets to 40 percent max for the price it's not worth it. I've had a different one and it charges 2 full phones off of 10 percent and got to 100 percent

Love my extended battery case.well worth the money

I got this for my husbands phone and he loves it! He likes that when it charges, it charges the phone and the juice pack at the same time. It will charge the phone and then the juice pack.

Do not waste your money on this. I remember having this item when the note 9 came out and it worked good. I thought because this was new it would work fine but the product is old and doesnt charge or hold a charge. This is probably why it is so cheap. Better off just getting a portable charger. I just threw the item in the garbage. Mophie have great products and the ones for the new phones should be okay but the note 9 came out years ago.

This works great for when your not going to near a vehicle or wall socket for some juice. It is a lil bulky, but it does what is intended to do...charge your phone.

I enjoy the look and feel, its really light. its a great case, reason for 3 stars because for it being a charging case it doesn't give much of a charge for the price. but overall its a good case.

way to bulky with minimal battery life added. I couldn't recommend this based on the price. This is a no go

Newer one piece version of what I had originally. Not real hard to get the phone into but not as easy as the old two piece that I had but eventually started breaking down and apart. The big flaw with this one piece unit is the hole in the back had to be trimmed due to it was not cut large enough to allow the successful use of the fingerprint reader. Kind of dis appointed in the way the buttons for the case need to be pressed to get them to so called work as well. Not nearly as good as the older version.

Great idea to have charger and case as one entity but very to hold the phone.

This item is being used too make sure we have the power to keep power during school usage.

It not really protecting the screen of your phone it too thin. As for the battery I pass

New design better than old, the texture grip feel good and one piece case more durable than the 2 piece.

Over heats your phone good for casual use probably will use it if your traveling

It charges for what its worth ive had to get a replacement

Had it for a week now. Could be a bit thinner but that would be hard to fit a decent size battery.
