battery dont charge the full phone only to 40% dont buy it

I paid $109 plus tax for this charging case that claims to have up to 36 hours of batter life. That is definitely NOT true. This charger only gives me just short of a half of battery. This charging case cost way too much money to not deliver at least one full battery on a charge.

In theory good but failed after a couple days. Mophie is sending a new one but it has been a week and still waiting. Maybe for a $100 they could have sent faster than snail mail ups mail innovations via USPS.

It doest work my phone actually died and i had to plug it in. What's the sense to having a mophie on the phone whick i paid $100 for if its not going to work . I'm kindly taking this mess back thank god i didnt throw the out the packaging.

I was really excited about this product, especially working 12 hour days. It worked for a little over a week. Then it stopped charging. I had to get a replacement. That one seems to be working... so far.

Does not have 3.0 charging might slow the battery drain until it just shuts its self off. Not a useful accessory to the samsung note 9 needs 3.0 tech and would be awesome. Don't buy this thinking it's going to extend your battery life

very disappointed that this time mophie didn't meet my expectations nor the things stated on the packaging box, thisjuice pack only gave me an extra 30% of my battery

Was told this is best to use for battery charger. well it sucked cuz after my phone gets to 27% it always runs out of charge -_-

The first thing I did was charge this but it didn't work on my Galaxy Note 9 at all. I returned it.

i bought not even week ago and it stopped working so i am not happy i paid $79.99 which is very bad customer service

Does not charge all the way or give you past 50% battery life. Dies after a few minutes.

Bought the mophie for the note 9....it does not charge on a wireless charger as advertised.

From a full charge to empty only charged my phone 30% disappointing.

How slim is this case? Well, this is the first battery case I've ever kept on any phone 24/7. And as a hiking/climbing leader, I've been buying battery cases ever since Samsung infuriatingly decided to make their batteries non-removable after the Note 4. The case certainly adds weight to my Note 9, but it adds much less bulk than I expected (compared to my slimmer Samsung-branded rugged case). Pros: Slim profile and premium feel --Cutouts amplify speaker volume --Both wireless charging AND passthrough charging via the case saves wear-and-tear on my USB-C port --Charges the Note 9 quickly, via battery or pass-through (1:59:00 for the latter) Cons: Price (Yikes!) --Battery capacity (Only adds 40% charge to my Note). --Charging case wirelessly will top off phone but will not top off case (even after 6+ hours). But it's still a really cool function to have.

This charger worked great for my phone. Kept it with battery for a long time. Would definitely recommend

I've owned many Mophie battery cases over the years. Some have held up better than others. The case offers good back and side protection for your cell phone and the back up battery is a very nice feature. The only thing that really knocks this product down is the battery size. It is slightly over half the size of the battery in the Note 9. The Mophie will only get you to 40 or 50% of a charge from zero. That is better than nothing, but for the price it should come with a battery the same size as the one in the Note 9 or bigger.

Only charges phone to approximately 50% was hoping for at least a full charge. Love the size . Nice and compact.
