Absolute garbage

For now on, I'll be buying regular cases and standard battery banks. This case was garbage. It would switch itself on constantly and I would always have to switch it back off making the product useless for it's intended function as it would deplete the battery back up before the phone has a chance to run it's own battery low. Dear Mophie. Your software button sucks and you developers should realize that removing the case/ phone from the charger should not attempt to charge an already charged-full battery. Never will I waste my hard earned money again on this trash.

Horrible purchase

I had to charge them separately. Then, the piece that you connect on when you put it in the case broke after about 5 times of using it. Then, I tried to return it, but Best Buy doesn't honor their products after 14 days. So, I had to contact Mophie and they make it the most painful process they can to try to get you to go away. Just a horrible product.
