I love this case couldn't of made a better choice.

I was very excited when I found out that movie released juice pack for the s5 because it used to work so well on my iPhone. However this is not the case with Samsung. I can hardly even tell that I'm getting extra battery life.

don't bother because best buy won't replace or refund...

Works great, but the biggest cons definitely are that it is large and heavy. Makes this thin and lightweight phone seem like a mini brick. Gets the job done though and it extends the usage time greatly. If the future versions are lighter and thinner will consider buying again. I really prefer slim cases so that I can put the phone in my pocket if needed and this Mophie added quite a bit of bulk.

Charge is incomplete battery gets hot screen freezes

Not even a month. Won't charge. Must be something wrong with female part of plug. Wife had same issue with hers. Trying a different less expensive brand. Not a reflection of best buy

The device is nice when it works. It takes for ever to charge and then when it does you might get one charges worth on your phone. Not worth paying 100 dollars for it.

I have a note 5 phone I was sent a 5 phone case. It was not the right case. You dont carry the case for my phone.

I love this case as it provides a decent amount of protection to the phone and gives a good charge when your without an outlet or cord. Pass through charging is great as you can use the default cord that came with the actual phone. My only gripe with this case is the sound, if they would have taken the time to add a cut out for the speaker in the back it would sound fantastic, otherwise the sound is very muffled and drowned out.

Paid $100 and it won't charge my phone when I need it most! I know it is seated properly because when I plug it in to charge it charges both the phone and the case but unplug it and turn on the case and NOTHING!

I've used Mophie Battery Cases for my IPod Touch, Samsung S3, and finally my S5. The integrity of this case is amazing. The thickness is to be expected, and definitely adds some bulk to it. Although not too much. I have a large hand and it actually makes the phone a bit more comfortable to hold. The only downside is the 2-3 hour wait time to charge the pack. It's kind of to be expected because it does hold a 3000mAh charge. The absolute best part about this case is that it doesn't require you to pull off the safety cap for the charging port on the S5. You simply uncover the port and bend it all the way back and slide the phone in! Along with that there is a reservoir for the speaker on the back of the phone that pushes the sound forward to the front of the phone. The pack also doesn't emit much heat while in use, this was an issue for the other battery packs for other devices but it seems its been fixed. The pack gets slightly warm when charging and in your pocket, but its to be expected. Its amazing definitely a good purchase!

This case is an excellent way to keep my phone charged as well as making it look stylish. Having this case applied gives my the ability to have to charge my phone once in a few days and that always helps when I am out on the road traveling. Totally worth the price because this battery case DOES NOT disappoint.

First off... not as bulky as I thought. Easily fits in pants pockets. Recharges the phone to near full in about an hour or so. The only draw back is that it takes a few hours for the backup battery to full recharge. But the LED power level lights helpful!

The extended battery aspect of the product works well, at least for 1 month it has been used. Major issues with this are a flawed design to block the speakers and its unnessary bulkiness, which I think could have been managed better if more thoughts had gone into its design. Particularly, a simple cut out around speaker area had been a no-brainer. I am not so sure if a reduction in bulkiness is actually possible.

I only gave it two stars instead of one because the battery part is just fine, otherwise it would be ONE STAR!! This thing is just a battery in a case, if you don't mind NOT having external speakers and don't care if you hear your ringtones or ever use speaker phone then you wont care. The extra battery life is great, I had a juicepack pro on my old iphone and it was AWESOME, the front facing speakers were great and LOUD. THIS thing however is a joke. The sound is funneled through a tiny opening from the oringal speaker to the "speakers" on the front which are nothing more than ports fed via the original speaker on the phone. I used speaker phone alot, and almost could never hear my phone's text tone and ringing unless I was in a quiet environment or felt it vibrate in my pocket. My advice, buy an extra battery, it prolly costs less and you'll be able to hear your phone !!!

Case is a good back up battery , especially if u don't use ur phone during charge. My biggest fault is that it doesn't protect ur phone AT ALL. First time I dropped my phone resulted in a large crack and also cracked the case. I'd rather buy a backup battery and a good case than a bad case with included battery and break my phone. Mophie should take note.

I love my S5, but the battery just doesn't last unless you constantly play with power management. This mophie solves the problem, makes a good case, and comes off easily.

Gives one full charge to my phone. Would be rated higher but the phone appears to run out of power a bit quicker now that I use the case. Still really useful since I don't have to plugin to the wall or an external battery while I am out.

Great way to protect my phone and have extra battery life

I got this case to increase my battery, but instead it would drain my battery. I charged both the phone and the case at night and when I woke for morning I unplugged the phone and out it in my pocket. I did not pulll my phone out or use it until 3 hours later and with zero use it dropped from 100 percent to 42... So I reset my phone and recharged it at work and within 25 minutes of unplugging it, it went from 100 percent to 93..once again with zero use. I then pulled my phone from the case and recharged it. When unplugged and out of the case. With zero use it went from 100 percent to 97 percent in three hours. Leaving the only way my phone was dying was being from being in this morphie case. I loved the feel of this case it just did the opposite of what it was suppose to do. I will be returning it.
