Gives you about 60% from a charge. Not a very good case when accidentally dropping phone. It flys off your phone which isnt very protective. Frame fall right off which leave your phone unprotected. Even when dropped from a sitted position. Something to think about before purchasing.

I was not initially looking to purchase this product. I have had it about a month now and I am not sure what the benefit of this product is. I can't tell a major difference if it is extending the life of my battery. It looks nice but not sure of where the substance is.

I have this for 2 years and the bezel breaks and Mophie states its TOO OLD for replacement? They want to replace it with an external battery pack why would I do that?? Its why I bought the morphie for!!!!

This mophie makes my phone very hot. I don't even use it to charge my phone now just as a case. The case gets really hot as does my phone. With recent events that you scares me to use it.

It worked okay. I didn't enjoy it too much. I liked how heavy it made my phone because I was used to the Galaxy note 5 and 7. It made my phone really really hot. I returned it.

My juicepack for the s5 has been flawless after 3 years of use ..the s7 juicepack power on switch will turn on the juice pack when in your pocket ..and doesn't charge it to 100% and cracks very easily ..not enough r and d mophie

This case is very good if you want to stay unplugged for quite some time. The only downside is it blocks your signal. If you are inside of a building you will not get service.

First off, let me address the "elephant in the room." I know everyone's complaint is going to be that the front speaker is gone (there used to be a slot in the front that filtered the speaker to the front bottom of the phone, but that was mainly for the days when the galaxy had a speaker in the BACK of the unit... its now at the bottom and with the mophie slot in the bottom the sound sounds ok to me... I can hear it just fine and I am slightly deaf on one ear...) that said... the case itself is a very durable material that has a solid feel and it fits the phone like a glove. it feels very firm and feels that it will protect the phone very well in the case of a drop or fall. It does add a bit of weight to the device, that is the trade off for having a battery case; it does feel very comfortable to hold though, adding a "bump" in the back that conforms to the palm very well. the phone slides into the case very easily (getting it out is a small challenge, I use the camera opening in the back to push the device out and it just comes right out... but this case is built to never have to be taken out, it even can transfer data through the case). I rate the "case" portion as a 4 out of 5 due to the difficulty in taking it out and the "speaker in the bottom not the front issue ... (not a big deal, but it could have been in the front). For those asking, the edge screen is not affected by the case. I am able to get my edge screen popped up with no trouble, the case does not get in the way. I also have a liquid screen protector on it and it does not seem to buck the protector (though I was careful when putting it on). Now for the battery part. It is spot on! I sat this on my wireless charger the night I got it (I have a nekteck) and it charged my phone first, then it charged the case. all in all, with my phone at 20% it seemed to charge in four hours total on the fast charge (that's two batteries almost completely drained). the third party wireless charger detected the case (and phone) instantly on seven out of seven tries of taking it off to check statuses and take calls through the evening. the next day, when I needed to charge the device I hit the button on the back of the phone and it went to work charging. it charges the phone through the microusb insert on the bottom, its not fast charge but it seems to charge the phone from 50% in 45 minutes according to the phone. It can charge the entire phone from near zero to 100 percent btw. I was on 15% and it took me all the way. hope that answers all the questions. This is a great case and a great buy. I wish it were twenty-five dollars cheaper though.

I usually get extra batteries for my phones and when I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 I purchased this Mophie Juice Pack. It is bulky and cumbersome but did do its job for 4 months. Then yesterday it stopped charging. Took it off, put it back on, tried charging directly in the phone and indeed my phone works just fine. I did not drop or neglect this battery pack - it just stopped working. No damage to the charging port either. I hope best buy will honor the warranty.

Battery didn't quite sum up to expectations. After about 2 weeks of use, battery appeared not as efficient as toted. Ended up returning product.

Says its for the s7 edge but doesnt fit snug. Does not charge. Phone wiggles way too much inside the case.

I ordered it for in store pickup. I received but the product doesn't fit my phone.

Maybe I had a defective unit but I want happy with the way it charged phone n made phone hot

It went bad within weeks. Love the idea but not good.

Stopped working after about 2 months. Couldn't return to best buy had to mail it in.

Stopped working after a couple months. No drops or water damage. The case accepts a charge but does not register or charge a phone when connected. Not worth the money for the time it worked.

Will come on and off by itself pops off way to easily.

I just bought this a few weeks ago for my husband's birthday and it's already stopped working. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!! He was so excited about it and now he's so bummed.

Unfortunately it worked for 1 week, I went to exchange it tinking that it was going to work but it worked fine for a week again and then I ended returning it.
