You must be really careful when putting this case on your phone to ensure the mini usb plug doesn't get damaged. It stopped charging the phone after 5 days

Save your money. Do not buy or buy it and understand why I would not recommend it.

I paid a lot of money for an item that only worked for a few weeks.

I have to honestly say that I was t going to get this because of the $99.99 cost but when they told me at Best Buy that because I had to wait they would give me any case at half price. I decided to get the most expensive one and that was the mophie battery case. This is great and I have still yet have to turn it on to use the battery to charge my phone. It is very protective has a great feel in your hand not slippery. It is vey nice to know that at any time you have extra battery for your phone if you need it. From now on I will always have one of these case for any phone I buy. They have me as a customer and I would highly recommend this case to anyone you won't be disappointed.

Not only does this case give my phone the extra juice it needs to make it through the entire day without external charging but it is also much thinner and lighter than many other battery cases. I feel it may also be one of the best as far as protection for the phone goes as well. Feels very solid and provides a large bumper around the entire phone, especially on the edges where it is most important. The bumper however does not affect the usability or handling of the phone at all. Would highly recommend it!

Read most of the reviews, but what I'm not happy with are the extra weight and worst of all, my phone reception is worse. People have trouble hearing me in the same places that I had no problem before. Case is going back.

After year battery pack raised & will not let cell fit in case!

The concept is good, but the design of this case is so poor that it covers half of the speaker port making it difficult for the person on the other end to hear. Several times callers hung up on me because they either couldn't hear me speak or complained that the call was breaking up. A case that has to be removed in order for you to be heard is worthless. No wonder it was on sale. There is also no protection for the screen. If you drop it your screen will likely break.

The front facing speakers are gone. Really upset. Haven't tried charging yet but that's probably still fine

I've owned a Mophie Case for a iPhone 6 and loved it. It was designed great, but this one is horrible! First and only time I dropped it, it came apart. The top piece went one way, the bottom piece went another and the phone went another way (COMPLETELY EXPOSED). Needless to say, my phone was damaged. I'm am very protective of my phones and they are usually brand new looking when I trade them in. Not this one, though. Mophie missed the mark on this one!
