Mophie cases are the best battery cases on the market!

This was heavy and I had to take the whole thing off if I wanted to wirelessly charge my phone

Charges quickly and love that can be turned on and off

Dropped on carpeted stairs, and big piece broke off immediately. Lived the idea of extra charge

This external batter case does not charge completely nor does it charge the phone fully to 100%. I bought the S9 Plus for myself and the S8 for my husband. They were both super defective. I would not buy again. I purchased on June 3 and just opened it to use it on June 18. My husband started using his on June 16 so it is not like we really got to use it.

The case will show that it is fully charged (from being plugged in overnight), then an hour later will show 25-50% charge without having been used. I have tried charging it both with and without my phone and both yielded the same results. Waste of money.

This is a terrible product! $100 for a single charge of your S8. You can then recharge it but unless you use it right away, the pack doesn't hold its charge for the next time, meaning you need to charge it again before using it. Bought one and returned it thinking it was defective. Second one was the same. Not worth it!

Purchased case for use on long flights, or for long days at work in the field away from power outlets. Case failed to charge after 8 hours, battery status indicators indicate failure to charge. Returned. Previous mophie battery cases worked fine, plan to exchange this for another unit.

My prior unit lasted approximately 2 years before would not charge. Purchased new one would not charge, (wireless charger, USB to C, and with phone encased). returned and new one also failed to charge. Attempted minimum 12 hours on each attempt. discarded in trash and accepted the loss.

This case obstructs the fingerprint scanner so you cant easily unlock the phone. The buttons on the side also kept getting stuck so it would push the phones buttons constantly. I returned this after just a few hours. Not worth the money.

The case claimed to have a battery that extended the live of the phone battery. We have not noticed any difference in the life of the battery.

This case does add bulk to the S8 but so does any battery case. After installing the case I recommend deleting your old fingerprint profile and scanning your fingerprints again with the case on as the case does limit the position in which your finger can be scanned.

A jagged piece of plastic near the speaker broke off first time I dropped it. With a glass screen protector I still couldnt protect my phone with this case. Shouldn't really be called a protective case. But I do enjoy how it charges my phone to however much battery I want it to with the 4 led light up feature. Annoyed it just broke and my phone fell out of it after me having it for near 3 months, I dropped my phone about 10 times on different surfaces..the driveway killed the case. I had to take it off for one of my aux cords too. Gotta let the people know!
