Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is my first morphie product. i just bought this 3 days ago for my s8 + pros: i like the nice look and design, it has a nice matte finish on it and i love the feel of it in my hand. this may be a con but not for me, it will make the phone feel heavier, which i kind of like( personel preferences). it support wireless charging and has a magnet to allow the device to stick to battery pack or wireless charging pad. con: the price may turn off some, the case is a bit bulky and you need to reach in to get to the finger print button. my biggest problem is the battery life,i tested it multiple time and it can only charge my phone to 80% most of the time, sometimes even less. i expect more from a 100 $ device. this is a less than average battery case, pricy, not a good battery life, there are cheaper option with better battery capability on the market.

Didn't Fit Galaxy S8 Plus Too Tight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Mophie packs on my Galaxy S5, and Galaxy S7 Edge. I bought one for my new S8 Plus, and had to return. It was extremely difficult to slide the pack onto the S8 Plus, often popping off before I could completely install. Once I did get it installed, my phone constantly started to reboot on its own to the Boot Menu and/or Safe Mode. The volume rocker was so tight, I couldn't adjust the volume, and it was forcing my volume down to stay compressed, which caused the reboots. When I removed, I noticed that front part of the pack which presses against the back of the phone was bowed up, possibly causing the too tight fit. Almost seemed as though the case was swollen. Perhaps a bad battery ? Had to return, and get a non charge case. I was extremely disappointed, as my previous experiences with Mophie were great.
