Too bulky and....another charging cord?!?!

Durable case but don't like the protective screen

He liked the case but didn't care for the protective screen and how it was constantly bubbling up. You can't really have a water proof case without it but it bothered him enough that we took the case back.

Wife doesn't like cover

Bad signal

The battery part of the case works perfect though but it doesn’t last as long as i would like it to

Volume button sticks

Blocky case

Tried 2 Of These - Both Defective

The first one the top piece that slides on top of her phone came apart. The second one had an issue where the case fit so snugly it kept turning her volume off completely. We finally gave up. I had one of these on a Samsung S4 and it was wonderful. Not sure why we’re having trouble with this model. She would have kept it gladly had there not been any of these issues.

Charges but doesn't protect well
