I had this for a few week before I gave it away during that time it charged one time when my phone was out of charge...I charge it frequently and still nothing

Had to replace it after a few months. Stopped working. The return/exchange was very easy. Average quality

Need to take back and exchange for a new one . First week it would hold a charge for 3 days , now its just a day and maybe a half

It doesn’t really give you 27 hours of extra battery life I wouldn’t let the phone go under 60% but other than that it’s ok for a quick charge

Isn't compatible with my I phone charger sometimes starts charging when I haven't pressed the back button I like to save the charge for when i need it

Where Best Buy serves me is in the quality of their equipment. Other big stores I find I often have to return their items once or twice

I really liked my last Mophie for my iPhone 6s but this one for my iPhone 7 doesn't fully charge overnight. Only get 3 indicators instead of 4. Z

The case is way way to slippery .I found myself dropping the phone all the time but the battery life was great

I originally came in for a new battery for my iPhone 6, only to find out I would have to leave my phone for at least 24 hours. Then an employee suggested I buy the charging case, assuring me it would work on the 6. Well, it does charge, but if I use the phone to make a call, take a photo, or search the internet, then my battery dies in les than an hour. I can’t say how it will do on the other phones.

Bought two of these chargers but the weight and bulky construction was not for us.

using a microusb instead of thunderbolt for charging ....seriously a wrong concept its practically unusable in car or aux when its on this cover very very bad product .....even the charge doesn't seem to hold for more than 3-4 hrs

Does not recharge a ton with heavy use, but it is good when you don’t have access to a cord.

The charger works great however it is annoying when I try to put earbuds in. The apple case is probably better.

Does not last as long as it says. Does work for and give you maybe 60-70% Moe battery if on 10% or so

It’s an ok battery charger but doesn’t do a complete charge. Maybe it’s defected?

Have had mophies for years Come to find out I know find ours it shortens your phones battery life

I love the volume of the earphones during music but when on the phone the volume is low.

Not bad. Does the job. So we shall see how long it last.
