I love this case because I always use my phone to the point of almost having it die and I love having a case where I can charge it right then and there. If I don’t use the charge then I keep it like that for a few days. My only thing is I need to remember to actually charge the case itself. It’s very slim and great protection. I love it.

this is my 3rd Mophie battery case-- for my 3rd iPhone (current is an iPhone 8). the case ensures that I will have sufficient battery between regular charges. the case has a nice feel and look. It also protects my iPhone when dropped.

This case is great and has enough battery power to keep the phone charged all day while I am away from power and is not too big. I originally got the rose gold one, which looked better, but was too slpipery. This black one works well and has some resistance to sliding out of my hand

Bought this for my daughter away at college. We were concerned with her phone battery always dying as it presented a safety concern. This purchase changes that as it provides quick access to power and keep her phone powered up for hours. It’s easy, fast and convenient.

I can't believe how much this has improved the quality of my life. I can leave the house in the morning and I get to recharge my iPhone 8 from 10 percent power to 100 percent up to three times. I don't need extra cables or anything. And it comes in several colors.

I love this case, not only does it protect my phone but I always have battery life because of the charging case....I never take my case off! I highly recommend the RED if you tend to put down your phone and walk away...the bright red can be seen easily!

Good value if you buy it on sale or deal of the day. It is a little bulky and heavy when you got it with the phone. But , it adds extra battery juice when I need it. I rarely have my iphone8 run out battery during the day, maybe left about 15% when I am back home. The back easily get dirt or fingerprint if you are a sweaty type . I will not buy it at full price. If you can get it and don’t mind the weight , just get it. Note: it offers wireless charging feature , a nice feature if you have iPhone 7.

This external battery case does exactly what’s promised on the box. I really don’t have to be charging my phone anymore. I just charge the case and it lasts more than a day. I also like that the case is sleek and pretty.

I purchased this for my son who loves rechargeable cases. Very sleek looking case and the extra battery charge is awesome. Would definitely recommend this to anybody. I have the rose gold version for my iPhone 6 plus and love it!

I read all the reviews and compared this to the Apple case. For the most part, I do like this as while it adds some bulk it's not terrible. The good is that the battery does help keep your phone charged upwards of 2x the time. The challenges are that 1) the on/off button does indeed always get hit and I've noticed more often than not if I take the phone out of my pocket that's charging when I didn't leave it that way. They should fix that so that it will only go on when you want it to. Second, the charging cable. Micro USB is OK for Android and maybe even for wireless chargers but it's pretty sucky for an iPhone case. It should be lightning plain and simple so that users can use their normal cables and not have to worry about both micro USB and lightning. Other than that, it works as advertised. I would recommend it but with some obvious caveats.

I use my phone a lot. Standard apple battery (even with a newer phone not impacted by the slowdown) didn’t last all day. The Mophie lasts all day with battery to spare and is much better sized than prior models.

It provides good protection for the full phone. The best part is wirelessly charging the phone. No need to get the iPhone 8 on release day. I can wait at least another year before upgrading to the iPhone 8s/iPhone 9. One last thing to share is this case is better for the regular iPhone 7 because I have a iPhone 7 plus and the device is so bulky now. Still keeping it on the plus, but much better functionality for iPhone 7. I would pick this up again and again.

I love my mophie, I never run out of power. And it’s so awesome that it came in the same color as my iPhone so I totally match. The case gives my phone extra protection too! I would highly recommend it!!

This case is well made, as all Mophie products have been in my experience. Doubles your battery, but also doubles phone thickness and weight. Qi charging on an iPhone 7 is nice though!

The fairest review I can give is to say it does seem to make the battery last 2 1/2 x longer. Sadly that is still a terribly short time and even with an extended battery I charge my 8 2-3x per day. I close apps, have nearly every feature disabled (defeats the purpose of having a feature rich device though) and no getting around the iOS is shamefully resource intensive. No new features of note in 2 releases but there are about 80 background tasks cross referencing data and registering every other device in its proximity. Case is a bit bulky but not annoying to slide in your pocket, does a good job protecting the device but I don’t get why it uses a conversion plug from the lighting charger to a mini usb? Overall I wish the phone would use a mini usb or anything shared by another appliance and stick with it for more than a year but from a power channeling perspective and basic practicality it is annoying to have to buy two chargers for every place you keep them. It’s not perfect but considering what it’s assisting it’s almost necessary. I dropped the case alone in some water and the dock wouldn’t work and the phone by itself would last 2 hours and is so slick I dropped it 10x and while on the dash flew out the window in a bend. If nothing else I’d rather give another company the money than reward Apple for releasing a phone less capable than a 6s for 800 bucks and needing 200 in earbuds and chargers to do what I could for years without issue. The case gets me through the day. No reaching for the charging chord and electricity. Also provides great protection. I’ve dropped it a few time. Phone is no worse for wear.

The Mophie allows me to use my phone all day for work and all night for personal use. I never have to stop and plug in. The ease of pressing a button keeps my phone charged and me going.

The mophie case is great, excellent battery life. Down side, no head phone jack accessibility - need to take case off or use bluetooth/wireless headphones...

I was blown away to learn that I could put a battery pack and a wireless charger on my iPhone 7. I have a 2017 BMW and wanted to be able to use the wireless charging in my car but didn't want to buy the ugly black BMW case that works with it. This case works well in the car for wireless charging. The battery lasts a VERY long time but I try not to use it unless necessary because this case will only give you about 500 charges in its lifetime. That is not very much for $99. Also the case gets torn up looking pretty quickly. It's heavy and not greatly attractive. I feel it will protect my phone though. The case causes some sound issues. For some reason, when I get a text and it alerts, it echoes. It only comes with a very tiny usb cable. I had to purchase a wirless charging mat to charge it with. I bought the one from Mophie. It acts very strange when I go to charge it at night. It turns my phone's screen on and makes a loud noise. Several times, for no reason at all, and it comes out of nowhere. All in all, I like the case and would purchase another one.

My typical day runs out the battery before my day runs out, so not having to plug in is a real plus. I had a Mophie for my iphone 6 that worked great as well. Physically it fit but the mike on the 7 is in a different place and people couldn't hear me. Otherwise I wouldn't have purchased the new one. I got a colored (gold) case so I could see it easier if it was hidijng. I like the look and traction of the black case (rubber backing) better than the gold but my black iphone 7 in the gold case looks nice. I've yet to run out of both iphone AND mophie juice on the same day- the Mophie is able to recharge the iphone battery 2x, so range anxiety isn't there. The only thing I'd like to see that was in a backup battery system I got through Amazon would be an automatic shutoff when the iphone batter is charged back to 100%. The mophie will keep the iphone battery at 100% until the Mophie runs out of juice. I wish it would just shut off once fulliy charged. Other than that, it's great. It does add considerable weight, so if you like the thinness and superlightweight of your 6 or 7 you may be disappointed with how much weight the mophie adds.
