Lifesaver but 2 cases have broken

I'm hoping this one lasts longer. I have always on VPN and 7 email accounts so my battery only last 4-6 hours. I need the extra battery to use my iPhone all day. Usually lasts 12 hours with the Juice pack.

DO NOT BUY - POOR QUALITY & ZERO SUPPORT

First of all it just stopped working. Yes the case battery will still charge wirelessly, but it will no longer connect to the phone and charge the phone. There is no damage to the case or connectors and the phone will charge fine with other cables. Talked to BestBuy - nothing they will do, despite having purchased this during the extended return period offered during the Covid shutdown. Mophie will not touch it and offers zero support. Also having to deal with an external plug on the case that is not the new apple plug is a pain. If you want to plug my phone into the car stereo you have to switch out the cables. Overpriced piece of junk.
