The first one we bought stopped closing correctly and the charging port also stopped working. The warranty was up so we have to contact mope to get another one. So i ended up just buying a new one...

I purchased this case for my cousin, so I can't offer a first hand review. I haven't heard any complaints; although she's only had it for a couple of weeks. I'll update with any pros / cons.

I have used a Morphie juice pack case before and this one is as great as the other one I had. Excellent quality. The only thing I find is that it is a little slick to hold but am still very happy with it.

Works well but the cap keeps creaping loose. Poor design to keep the cap on. Slip fit and keeps coming slightly loose but i would recommend it none the less despite that little annoying issue.

I’ve actually bought two, one for me and one for wife. Only con is the power button, it can turn the juice pack on/off in your pocket. Def not a deal breaker, just something to watch.

I had a morphie juice pack case for my IPhone 6 and loved it. This one is for the IPhone 7 and did not disappoint me. Its a little heavier than most cases, but comes through for the charge and phone protection.

These do a Great job keeping your phone charged but not a Great job for protecting the phone...if dropped it can mess up the phone and the mophie.

So far I have had a good experience with this charging case. I love the design of the case and it gives exceptional charging duration. The only drawback is the micro USB charger.

These cases typically last between 6-12 months, but are great for not having to constantly search for a charging cable or an outlet.

Most electronics stores sell pretty much the same merchandise. In other words, the customer benefits from competition. The difference comes down to the customer service and the overall buying experience.

Customer service was great and quick. The item I purchased was exactly what I needed for trip to Europe. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend it to others.

This case works well for me since I work 2 jobs and I'm not able to charge my phone very often. Doesn't provide the best protection for dropping by it's definitely slim line compared to previous models.

Function is good, basically doubles battery life. The tops always pops off anytime I pull it out of my pocket which is annoying.

I love the way this looks on my phone. Also how it feels. It’s not a protective case tho so I’m very careful when using it. As far as the battery, it doesn’t last all day. I do doordash so I’m constantly using my phone. And I can’t get 1 full charge from this battery pack and then it goes to the last dot. I might of got a bad case but I plan to give it another try in the near future because I do like the concept of the charging case.

I found it to be too heavy and didn’t hold a charge as well as others I had owned in the past.

I understand that there’s a charger attached so it is heavier but it’s just awkward to hold and put in your pocket

Bought for son and after a week returned for Otter. Son told me it was too heavy and not enough screen protection.

I love the way this case looks on my phone and it's functionality, but I am kind of disappointed that when my phone gets below 20% you barely get one charge out of the case.

Eventually stopped working but worked great for charging when it did function.
