I've owned several mophies for my iphones. I got this for my 7 and was disappointed. First off, they haven't integrated it with the lightning cords of the iPhone, so you still have to use the cord the device comes with. That's a hassle. Secondly, I had to take the case off in order to listen to my headphones, because it doesn't have the same type of cord. It just didnt work for me. So I returned it. Maybe next time

I loved this case when I first got it, but it gets scratched and chipped very easily. It protects the phone, but I constantly had little pieces chip off. I ended up getting another case. I have a 2 year old, so it may be that I'm a little rougher on my phone---but in my opinion, the smallest taps cracked or broke it. On the upside, the battery pack works great, and I love how easy it is to charge on the base.

Mophie is ideal for when you are at an event and cannot charge your phone for a number of hours. Just plug it in at home and fully charge it and you are good to go.

It worked as expected. Definitely on the thick side and heavy but worth the compromise.

I have had Mophie Juice Pack External Battery Cases before and have had great experiences with them. Looks, protection and great charging dependability. Would recommend this to anyone.

Doesn't hold up well on drops, but the manufacturer warranty is pretty good. I got through about a case a year, and this last one my phone broke twice when I dropped it in the case.

Worked well on our recent trip. I don't think it lasted AS LONG as it said on the box but it did the job so we didn't have a dead phone while traveling.

I got this case for someone and they never take it off the phone. Sometimes you have to adjust the phone on the wireless charging base to charge (minor problem and easy fix).

I had great hopes for this product, but must confess I am mostly disappointed in this product. The reason is simple: It looks great and protects the phone, and the battery function works great, but it changes the port configuration which causes you to be unable to use your headphones because the regular iPhone port uses a lightening input and the extra battery connection uses a different port connector.

For the money you’d think it could at least stay charged long enough for maybe 2 full recharges for the iPhone. But it’s basically dead after just one

Extended the lofe of my phone another couple of years, phone battery was getting bad and this helped keep me from having to get a new one.

Good, and would be great, except the button to charge the phone keeps getting "accidentally" pressed in my back pocket. And, lack of documentation makes it impossible to know if it's really working right--after finding that the charge button was pressed, my iPhone 7 battery indicator stayed at 100% all day; so, I think either the button got "stuck" in, or it is not programmed to quit charging the phone, when the phone gets full.

Works as intended . Would be better if charging cord could match lighting instead of using mini usb style. But they provide the adapter

Disappointed that the Mophie cover over the IPHONE 8 (which is also disappointing) does not allow one to listen to music or to videos with a headset.

I've owned Apple products for a long time - the quality is as one expects although some of the features are not as intuitive as is typical of Apple products.

iPhone 7 users can not use iPhone 7 charging cable to charge case. However it does come with its own charging cable.

I like the battery life but it is cheap but I paid a lot for it. It broke when it tapped the floor. I love the color.

Absolutely love this battery pack! Only thing I do t like about this newer model is the push button on the back. I’m constantly turning it on to charge accidentally

Sad that this iPhone needs so much help, but this is the world we live in; creat “cool” junk and consumers eat it up... Mophie makes a good product

but he has had some issues with the connections not staying true, we have to blow on them and/or clean them or it won't charge the phone.
