It has wireless charging capabilities if you buy the charging pad, which I did and they work great together.

Protects my phone and provides the extra battery life that I need since I use my phone for GPS services and that uses a lot of electrons. Just a flip of the switch and it's charging the phone again.

A Must have for traveling

Would have given it higher ratings but the one prior to this purchase stopped working after 6 months. I have had several of these so I considered the dud a fluke.

Great convenience. Prefer the slide switch

It's too easy to have this in my pocket and inadvertently turn on the unit when I don't want it on. Always knew if the slide switch was on or off. Never know with the button. Overall, I prefer the Mophie over any other brand.
