Disappointed. This was advertised as fitting iPhone 7 and 8. It is way too small for the 8 and got stuck on my phone. Horrible decision to purchase this and terrible marketing to say it fits the 8.

I have been wanting this item for a long time. It looks great, easy to put on, and the brand is good... but it doesn’t let as long as it says and I’m currently deciding if I’d even want to keep it. I feel incredibly let down now that I own it.

Junk. Looks cool. A bit heavy. Doesn’t use Apple charging cord. Didn’t last more than 35min and went through two units.

Great idea, but disappointed. I like that you can use it with a magnetic mount. Charge time was great. 2 problems....I hate having to use a micro USB cable to charge it. The case quit working after 3 weeks. Returning today.

The case is too thick. Design is lacking. While the case charged my iPhone, the case and my iPhone became extremely hot to the touch. After all of these issues, the biggest I believe is the loss of the lightning port. You can't use your lightning headphones, charger, or any car accessories. Consider these problems before purchasing. I ultimately returned the case and purchased the Apple Smart Battery case in black. Most would think the back of this case is bulky, however the design of it is great! You still retain the slim design of the iPhone as well as the phone staying cool to the touch and most importantly you keep the lightning port!

Bought on October 6th. Stop working today. No explanation, used wireless charger the whole time. Won’t charge on cable or wireless.

This case was good but I don't it was worth the 100 dollars. It only charges the phone one time and it doesn't let you charge your phone with the original iPhone chargers. Case looks great but scratches too easy.

I’m thinking about returning this product because it is not consistently charging my iPhone 8 (which is two years old and has a new battery) effectively.

The case was way to bulky and if I put the phone in my pocket when I would pull the phone out of my pocket the charger would slip off the phone

This case was way to bulky and at times didn’t work, the case comes in 2 pieces and one piece was always falling off.

What is the point if I have to charge this with my phone in it. Plus it is heavy and not a good design. I am getting a flat desktop Mophie --- returning this one.

I was very excited when I first purchased it as my phone battery lasted twice as long. After a week it stopped charging.

It was too heavy to attach to my car charger. Didn’t have this issue with my previous one

Can't use earphones and have Mophie case on at the same time. Grab a pair of wireless earphones when buying this product.

I bought this juice pack as it appeared Hurricane Dorian was to hit Florida. It will not fit iPhone X. Took it back.

This was poorly made. It says it can fit the iPhone 7 and 8 but It does not fit either. I bought this and tried to put it on the bottom of the case fit but once you slide the top on it doesn’t fit at all. You either get the power button to work and not the volume controls. Or the other way around and it doesn’t close all the way
