I first I thought it was a great idea to have that extra battery life with the case but the case did not work like it should have. I charged it like I was suppose to and very time my battery life went down I turned on the case power and my phone still didn’t charge. I ended up returning it for a better case that I love now.

The phone was very difficult to remove from the Mophie. Didn't want that. I have had other Mophie's and never had that problem

I almost wondered if this was a new or used item. It doesn’t hold the charge long at all.

My son went to put his phone with this case in his pocket and he missed his pocket. Less than a 3ft drop the top of the case shattered and his screen did too. Worked perfectly but does not protect the device if ever dropped.

For $100 I really expected a case that wouldn't crack when it dropped out of my hand onto a table 2 feet below at the most.

The battery pack had a few months of great work but it stopped working after four months. Disappointing.

Too heavy for eve day use in suit pants the phone keeps sliding out of pocket

I was really excited for this, super sleek case. Upon arrival i realized the charging port is micro USB... NOT lighting cable. So all my chargers wouldnt work, my headphones wouldnt work nothing. so i returned it. Why make a product that eliminates your charging capabilities?

For as much as I paid, I would think this case would hold a better charge. Barely lasts thru my sons school day

Like many people, I spend a decent amount of time on my phone every day. Because of this, I would often need to charge my phone at least twice a day, which becomes tricky during class/work. This case is fantastic for those who struggle with this issue and want a more convenient way to charge their phone throughout the day. When determining the overall rating for this product, I used two main criteria to give this case a perfect five stars: battery life and overall protection. In terms of battery life, the mophie Juice Pack is exceptional. Without the case, my phone was in dire of need of a charge by the middle of the afternoon on average. With this case, my phone is rarely ever below 50% battery at the end of the night, and that is with extremely heavy use on most days. For the average user, this case will make finding an outlet to charge during the day a thing of the past. This extra battery life, however, comes at a price: increased weight/thickness. Having a battery in the case obviously will make your phone noticeably thicker and heavier. However, in my experience, this is something that you stop noticing after a few days of using the case. In terms of protection, this case will serve your phone well. I consider myself to be somewhat of a klutz, and the mophie Juice Pack has been able to handle everything I have accidentally thrown at it. The average user will likely drop their phone significantly less than I do, even though the rubberized finish can be a bit slippery at times. So if protection is something you are concerned about, this case is no slouch. One minor drawback of this case is the fact that it uses the lightning port to charge your phone, making it impossible to use the case and wired headphones at the same time with an iPhone 7/8. If you are considering picking up this case, this issue can easily be overcome by purchasing a pair of wireless headphones, which I would recommend, especially if you are someone who uses headphones on a regular basis. Overall, this phone case has made worrying about charging my phone every few hours obsolete. If you are a heavy user and do not mind the extra weight and the lack of a free lightning port for wired headphones, then this case is one of the best you can buy at the price point.

Its very slippery- need to return it. I used it for about 4 days and almost fell a few times.

The Mophie for iPhone DOES NOT WORK FOR iphone8!! Best Buy has known this since 9.22.17 when I told them no buttons work with the iPhone 8 in the Mophie for iPhone 7 case. Further, Best Buy has a copy of a CNET article stating the Mophie for 7 does not work foriPhone 8!!!!!!

It didn’t fit the phone I need to bring it back but no stores near me ?

It broke and I didn’t return it, I ended up buying a new one.

This battery pack external don’t work like supposed not recommend.

It dies super fast and not really reliable at all.

Returned this because it was way too bulky on my phone :(

The charge does no hold very well I have to charge it almost every day.

The case keeps a good charge but it's a bit big and broke easy with one drop.
