I love how it looks and how light it is. I hope it would've been a lightning port instead of usb type charging port. And the led lights at the back doesn't stay on during charging so i have hard time figuring out if its drained or charged. But so far so good.

I used to have a similar case, but the case was acrylic. This one is rugged and it feels way better when handling the device. The on/off button compared to older models has been removed, now you need to press and hold on the back to turn the case on.

Had one with messed up charge plug out of box. Best Buy exchanged in store to make it right!! Now I can charge wirelessly in Chevy Suburban with iPhone 7. Bought Mophie wireless for in house. Extends battery life all day in bad reception areas when traveling for job! Awesome!

The case protects phone from drops and water. It charges up the battery one time, which is the downfall. I miss the older case that did 1 and a half times. But this item does exactly as is says on the box. I have bought several for other family members.

Great product if you want to extend your battery life on I phone 7. Unfortunately there is no way to use headphones other than wireless. This detracts from the products versatility.

The case does add a lot of weight and bulk to the phone. The battery does not extend the phone up to 22 hours. I've let the phone go down to 2% and then I press and hold to charge the phone - it only charged it back up to about 85%. When in your pocket, the button in the back to charge can get accidentally pressed and begins charging when you might not necessarily want it to. It does add to your phone battery life, but it is an expensive item for the little extra boost it provides.

It's alright as a case but clashed with my screen protector, and started to push under. Battery adds about a half a charge but it's bulky.

When I take it out of my purse or pocket, sometimes the top of the mophie case comes off. Also, since it's an iPhone 7, I can use the headphone jack with this case. If there was a micro USB to aux port, that would be cool.

My only complaint about this battery pack is that Mophie waits so long to come out with them! I tried several other backs, always to be disappointed. Finally got this one, and loved it, but now waiting for the Mophie for the iPhone X.

This was the second purchase of this product because it would not work however not anything to do with Best buy as far as the product Just had been sold to us and was not the proper tool for the phone we had

I loved this one too, but it lasted less than a week when it quit charging my phone and my phone died at my Son's best friends wedding... Not great, but I will be getting a new one Tuesday. Thanks, Best Buy!

I bought this for my son’s phone. I’m giving it 4 stars because his last battery case didn’t last very long. We’ll see how this one goes. Overall, it works until it doesn’t.

It works great. I got it on sale which I'm happy and with a 2 year warranty unlike Apple's 1 year I would had given it 5 stars except for the top piece comes off at times. You have to be careful not to lose it.

Bought this item for a camping weekend and it performed as expected. Good to be able free myself from carrying around an extra charger. Will be using again.

Efficient and lifesaver when phone battery runs down quick. I was having problems keeping phone charged and purchased this product and haven't had any battery issues since buying this. One happy customer!!

The reason for the purchase was our daughter was going off to college. She has late classes and we wanted to make sure her phone was charged at all times in case of a emergency. My oldest daughter has one and she recommended it

My old one got chewed up by my puppy. I was so lucky to find it on BestBuy’s website and even luckier that it was on sale. Great device and I would buy again and again, and probably will cause of my pup.

Recommended by family member. Works well for phone when traveling and searching for signal depletes battery faster. Charging cord that came with it is too short so I bought a longer charging cord.

So we bought this case primarily for extra charge and it works great for that, but it chips and dents very easily and doesn't offer any phone face protection.

Very tight fit on phone, so don’t plan on taking the case off. Also had the mophie wireless charger and it seemed like it charges the phone but not the battery case. Disappointed. Returned already.
