The case feels very weak and its very hard to open after you put your phone inside. It does not seal properly if you have tempered glass on your phone. Mophie has better cases

I like the case but I do find it muffles the sound sometimes making things hard to hear sometimes. It does make the phone a little bulky as well with the case.

If the speakers sounded better this would be the only case I'd ever buy.

This juice pack is great. I never run out of battery and it lasts about 2 days with regular usage. The only issue and it's a big issue is that the friend yu are talking to can't hear you due to the case being water proof. You have to hold the phone out and talk directly into the speaker screen and sometimes that doesn't work. Also, you can't use speakerphone because it will sound muffled or like the speaker is cracked.

The unit charges the phone first and then the case and continues to simultaneously charge both but I had hoped that the phone would not charge at that point

It's a solid case but if you listen to your music or use your speaker phone a lot not a good case as sound is really distorted

product is an life saver, i go about 3 days top with out charging and when i need the juice just press the button to left and your phone is charging, i have notice that you must keep phone in open area for cooling when charging to avoid heating up but thats like any electronic.

Charge the case separately from phone. Works fine!

It's a good case but is difficult to open for access.

This was a good concert but it was way over sized and just wasn’t comfortable anywhere you had your phone bulky and ugly

I purchased it for my wife while purchasing a newer iPhone and she loves it.

I don't like the fact that it's hard to take the case off .

I have had a mophie for my iPhone and it works wonders! It keeps the phone from getting damaged from drops and waterproof. It also charges which helps the battery time. It has been a proven case for over two years.

The case does not close well. Not interested water proof, so it's not that bad. Big and bulky especially for iPhone 6s Plus

Like the case and the fact it has a rechargeable battery. Charging station is nice, but you need to make sure the phone is resting on the charge station correctly (green light on phone appears). Had to buy wider carrying case. Also there is no screen protector included with case.

I purchased this product for added protection of my iPhone. The cover is not too bulky, easy to take off and put on and has completely prevented my phone from damage.

I like it but it's too bulkie was not impressed at all but battery is good

Owned this for quite sometime now and still doing a great job. I love the extra juice it gives me. It will be ashame the day I’ll be upgrading my 6plus and no longer be able to use this Juice Pack.

SO I actually bought two of these guys. The first one was returned after the silent switch on the upper left hand side of the device would not operate the silent switch on the iPhone. According to a couple of Best Buy reps, this was the first time they experienced an issue like that. SO the second one replaced the first, and after using it several days, I can say the following: The pros: Its got a much better feel than the lifeproof equivalent (I have owned one of these as well). Its smooth lines make for a comfortable feel when using the phone. The case also seems to be more rugged than the lifeproof equivalent. The cons: As with its competitors in the market, you have to have an earphone jack adaptor. Also, the sound coming from this when using the speakerphone sounds like a band of drunken musicians on kazoos. Its horrible. MUCH worse than any lifeproof I have ever had, hands down. The sound is not too bad when using the phone without speakerphone, but several people I talked to claimed I sounded muffled.

In theory it sounds awesome. But it's difficult to actually get the phone to charge when you need it to.
