Good life!! Love the look and feel. Fast charge!!!

I love mophie but not this case. There was a lot of feedback due to the waterproofing.

The thing that I hear out of has a whole in it.... how am supposed to replace that??

This model would never charge 100% even after a full day of charging.

My only complaint is how the cover makes my phone voice unusable- do not purchase.

After having this case for three weeks it morphed the shape of my phone into an arch. I had to buy a new phone (yeah not very happy about that). Also, the case is not easy to get on and off. Just because it seems cool and useful it's really not please take my advice and don't buy this case. It's not worth it!

Damaged my iPhone's charging receptacle.cant charge

I had this battery case for less than two weeks and it crack after a fall of only 3ft or left.

Went to charge it the second day and nope. Pack already quit

I depend on my phone for business use extensively and have worried in the past when my grandson plays his games on it. No more ... This case provides not only water protection but excellent drop protection and screen protection as well. Between myself and the 6 year old, we have tested it well over the past few weeks and I have been very pleased. The battery life extension has been excellent and the buttons and indicators on the case have been very easy to use and manage. I am well pleased with this product, as I have been with other Mophie products in the past. A+

The battery life is good, although price is a bit high. I love Mophie cases and always recommend their products!

After a couple months I began having trouble getting the battery to charge. I had to remove the phone from the case and charge them separately.

Mophie is a great case manufacture the best in the business if you ask me but, this case, mine in particular, was sad. For example, the included screen protector thing was annoying to put on and soon lost its adhesiveness but, that's only the beggining. This case has a horrible crackle when playing too loud from the speakers, it's nearly impossible to get off if you don't have a quarter ( mine actually broke on the little rubber peice that you're supposed to use when getting it off the first time I tried taking it off making it more difficult to remove). Secondly, the case has horrible build quality as the ear peice broke after two small drops from around 1 and a half feet also, after just taking it off ( at the time this is being written) the part that helps move the speaker's sound to the front of the case just broke. Over all, with my experience of this case and of mophie, I have to say mophie still has a place in my heart and I will continue to use one of their other cases, this one, on the other hand, is of poor build quality and I recommend getting any other case besides this one. it's just not up to mophies expected standard, especially with such a big asking price.

I love the Mophie brand/product but don't recommend this model... i can't vouch for the water proof portion because I never got that far. I've only had the case for less then a week. I've used and endorse there "mophie - Juice Pack External Battery Case for Apple® iPhone® 6 Plus - Black" for over 2 years... The only reason I bought the H2PRO model is because it was on sale and the "mophie - Juice Pack External Battery Case for Apple® iPhone® 6 Plus - Black" dropped one too many times and finally cracked the case. I work on airport flight line and am a little rough on my cases because of my job environment. Day 5 of using the H2PRO case it finally fell on the hanger floor for the 1st time only to discover the "Mil-Spec-810G military drop protection" failed!!! Picked up the phone to discover the phone screen shattered!!!... I'm still a Mophie fan and will recommend them but NOT THIS MODEL. I'm returning it and getting my original mophie - Juice Pack External Battery Case for Apple® iPhone® 6 Plus - Black I know works well and cost a lot less.
