This is my 4th Mophie device. I went to buy this one from the Casper Wyo store and they were locked up on the displays. I couldn't get anyone to unlock one for me so I just left. Usually you can't shake all the prople wanting to help, this time it was the opposite. So I took a trip to Utah, they had them in stock, so the website said. It took half an hour to find them in the store. There were Mophies here and Mophies there, but they couldn't find the one i needed. So I was getting ready to leave and found another Mophie display in an area unrelated to phones. I bought it and left. That was on 5/26/2016. On 6/26/2016 the Mophie quit working properly. I live 118 miles from the nearest Best Buy so I couldnt get there right away. Today, 7/1/16, I made it to the Fort Collins Colorado store. They said they couldn't exchange it because it was past the 30 days return time. Thats just wrong but what can i do. So they instruct me to call Mophie and they'll send a box for me to return it in and send me a new one. I call, they say "HuH?" I have to submit a ticket on the website and go through flamming hoops. Oh Goodie. Like I say, this is my 4th Mophie that I bought for iPhones. This is the first that's failed. I think it's a good product but I think Best Buy is just wrong by not exchanging it for me. Bummed to say the least. I've spent about $2600 there this year. Really bummed.

This is my second mophie battery case. My first one lasted a year. After that the charge port began to get loose and would not charge completely.

Had previous mophie. This one takes longer than 8 hours to develop a full charge. Figured I'd upgrade from the air pack model to the juice thinking that when fully charged I'd have more battery life, I was wrong. Doesn't give 120% extra battery life and takes a very long time to even get fully charged.

Item worked great for about half a month then charging port went out on it.

I bought this Mophie less than a month ago for my iphone 6s and it is already not working correctly. It won't charge my phone and was super expensive to be broken after less than 1 month. I will be returning the item this weekend.

I had a charger case on my Iphone 5 and when I broke that and upgraded to the Iphone6, I had to have a charger case for that one. The Mophie is the second charger case I bought. This one will give you a full charge and then some. Charger cases are a heavier than a plain case ... but this one isn't too bad with the lightness of the phone itself. I had bought a Lifeproof case originally and that one was waterproof and a very good charger case too, the only problem was where the speaker for the phone is... on the Mophie it's in the front, the Lifeproof on the the back and I kept covering it up when trying to talk on the phone. The only thing bad about the Mophie is there is no covering the screen, good and bad there, use a Zagg Glass is a good covering.

Has been great but this morning woke to a dead phone and dead mophie. It will not charge, thought the cable went bad. Bought another cable. Didn't solve problem. It has been great otherwise!

It broke the volume keys of my phone. I felt there was some signal intervention when the phone had this case on. Great for keeping the battery last longer.

I purchased this case (Juice pack plus) for my iPhone 6S even though I primarily use Lifeproof cases for all of my devices. I needed the extra battery life as I wanted to take alot of pictures on our recent Disney trip without having to recharge during the day. The case did not dissapoint. We made it through most of the day on the original battery, then the case took us through a 2nd day without any issues. I recharged the phone/case on the 3rd day overnight and had the phone last again for a full 2 days. I haven't tested its ability to withstand a drop, but hopefully the polycarbonate case will do its job albeit making the clean surface look battle damaged.

Got this case a few days ago after a friend recommended Mophie products. I absolutely love it! Getting it on was so simple and although using a screen protector is not recommended, my protector is not obstructed by the case whatsoever. I love the way it looks and it is not as bulky as I expected; it feels great in my hand. The best part is, I don't have to worry about my phone dying when I'm out and about (which was always a huge issue for me). I've showed this off to a few people so far and they were completely amazed.Perfect! Love it!

My phone went dead even when the Mophie showed it had one light of charge left. Very disappointed

The first one I bought worked once and quit. I exchanged it for another thinking it was a fluke. The second one does work.... sometimes. Hard to figure out why. It's not the charging cable. Just trying to get my 100 bucks worth before it passes away.

this is my third mophie, I understand that over time the batteries get weak. However this one does not seem to charge well, I have to fidget with the cord every night as I plug it in. And sometimes I wake up in the AM and its still dead!

I purchased the Mophie 120% charger case to replace the Outer Box charger I had. The Mophie is much easier to install and remove the iPhone 6 when needed. I find the USB charger works much better than the Outer box did, as I have tried charging it now with a few USB charger cables and they all work. The unit is heavy, compared to a standard case, but it has a large battery back up inside, and weighs the same, or slightly less, than all the battery contained units. I find the bulk to be less than most and equal to some standard high protection models . This case not only has 120% battery charge, it also has a class 3 out of 4 protection rating. Things to get use to with battery cases, you will need to use the headphone jack extender. They come with the case. Compared to the Outer box this case is smaller, battery works faster, buttons work better, charge happens just as fast or faster.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it. Since he's always playing games on his iphone he could almost never make it through the day without worrying about his phone dying. This really helps to make a difference and also does a good job of protecting his phone from drops at work.

This case is not worth anything the volume button don't work the ringer button don't work I would not recommend this

I won't by this again It takes 12 Or More Hours for all four lights to light up It is not worth The price

I love how the case feels and knowing you have extra power. It adds protection to the phone. Not too heavy for its size. Love it better than the Iphone5 Mophie case.

I purchased 07/20/2017. 7 months later it no longer will charge.

Look for a better charger. This one sucks the 10 dollar one was better.
