Product looks good and when paired with a short lightning cable it's easy to slip in a pocket, but the charge life seems to be short on my unit. A fully charged battery can be out of juice within a couple of days without it even being connected to my phone.

Definitely doesn't charge like it says it does. I wouldn't recommend on a trip. Maybe for when you go with your mom to the store and she leaves you in the car type deal.

Didn't take long for me to realize I had a lemon on my hands. Right out of the box, it charged without a problem. But it would never take my iPhone 6S past 20-35% charged. I attempted to charge it with 3 different charging wires, and 3 attempts at discharging and regharging the Mophie. Fortunately, I called Mophie immediately. They determined i had a faulty unit, and they replaced it free-of-charge with their up-to-date version. The second unit charged my 6S immediately. I even got three phone recharges on one charge up of the new Mophie. Thanks, Mopohie

Doesn't seem to be 4000 mah, more like 3000 perhaps. I don't think output voltage is user- selectable either. It supposedly switches automatically depending on the device that's being charged.

This is a red, pretty charger that charges things.

Okay for price. Got one that did not charge after going round and round with Best Buy finally got refund and sent a new one that keeps a decent charge for a cell phone battery backup

I bought this for a trip I was going on to charge my phone when out on the town. It worked okay but fell short of what they claimed it would do. Could only charge one and a half phone (that were not totally dead 40%) before dying.

I bought this for a trip to Disney to keep phones charged. It shows fully charged when hooked up to wall charger, all lights are green. But no matter what cord I use or what device I hook it to, it will not turn on or charge any device. I've tried it on iPhone 5s, Motorola Droid turbo 2, Motorola Droid turbo, Samsung Galaxy 6, Android ellipsis tablet 8. I've tried 6 Android cords and 2 iPhone cords. Nothing. So I had no backup battery pack for the trip. Wasted money and time. Sending this back for refund.

I was disappointed with this purchase. The best buy rep recommended this Item. It only was able to charge 1 phone for an hour, then it went dead. It didn't even fully charge the phone. We have Samsung note 5 phones. I returned it and another sales rep recommended a different more powerful brand. We were told our phone requires way more power than this Mophie can handle. It may have been defective Didn't understand why it has high ratings. Maybe it works for other devices that doesn't require a lot of juice to charge

I had a black version of this battery for several years and was very satisfied with the quality. Was looking for a present and this was an obvious choice. Great matte red color and good price. I would recommend to buy it

I bought this on a flash sale! I'm so excited to get this. Because other brands do not charge very well at all. And I have heard great things about this brand!!! Super excited to be able to charge my devices on the go!!

It works like it advertises, charging my phone in a pinch, but the pack itself doesn't hold charge for longer than 20 minutes even after having it say it's fully charged.

only charges my note 4 battery to 72% before calling it quits. its a standard 2800ma batt. I've tried charging the Mophie overnight too. just not enough juice in this one. good backup.. emergency power though.

I was searching for a back up battery for a trip I was going to take and most were pretty expensive. When I seen the mophie battery for only $10 bucks I had to get 2. Mophie always makes quality products

Tried 3 of them and none of the worked. Poor quality. Sales people tried and they couldn't get any of them to work either. Must have been a bad batch.

When you are on the go and on travel out of the office this product will save you big time if you are always on the phone sending emails and checking emails. Having meeting over the phone.
