i purchased 2 of these batteries and both would not charge out of the box. I tried to exchange in Best Buy but they did not have it in stock. I ended up contacting Mophie who gave me a warranty exchange for a new battery pack.

This is hugely helpful when in a bind. Best is to leave it alone and it'll charge your phone quickly. If you are playing games or keep the phone on while using it it will charge and drain more quickly. Solid!

Bought it for a friend. But I guess it it gets the job done. You buy a soshine shell case and buy (4) 18659 3400mah batteries and you can get a lil over 12,000 mah cheaper totals to about $40.00 than buying power banks that are expensive.

Bought three of these on the deal of the day. Great for my sons when they're at school or out with their friends. No more excuse that their phone died. Provides up to two full charges before having to recharge.

Every now and then we all find ourselves low on battery and needing a quick charge. Last week I even took this with me, had my wife throw it in her purse with my phone, and had a charge while we were shopping!

I purchased this juice pack as a birthday present for my son. His phone was always dying before the end of the day. Now he says he can charge his phone between two and three times when the juice pack has a full charge.

This battery pack is ok for the price that was on sale for $10. Bought 2, silver and red but the red one wouldn't hold the charge and depleted instantly after charged. Must be a defective unit. Too bad as the red color looks nice.

doesnt work with my samsung galaxy s4... took it back to store and even tried another of the same item to see if it was just a fluke... but no... it did not work either... couple of employees also tried with their android phones, and nothing.....

Got this to keep handy when traveling as it is small and light. It's Ok, but won't put a full chatge in my Note5. OK for price I paid, but the bigger mophie my husband has is much better ( sorry don't know that model number).

I needed a battery back-up for those days I can't charge my cell phone (away from an outlet). This is light weight. Carry it in my purse or pocket. Gives me the charge I need to finish out the day.

It was very useful when my power was out and I needed to charge my cell phone. It is also very useful when I'm running out the door and forgot to charge my phone

These are great chargers when on the go & no access to a power source. With our iphones, we can usually get 1 full charge from this mophie & a partial 2nd charge (before recharging the mophie).

Mophie is one of those items you don't need everyday, but you sure are glad you have it when you do need it! It is small and compact to put in your pocket or purse, so you can take it with you where ever you go!

This external charger works very well. Great to have on trips such as amusement parks or the lake. It holds a charge for a long time, and it charges devices in a reasonable amount of time

I love this product for a one time use only. It will charge my cell phone from 2 percent to 100 in a matter of two/three hours but that's all it will give me. I can't use it again to recharge the phone or any other product.

I bought this as a gift and she absolutely loves it.
