Didn't Work, So I Returned It

I "charged" it for about 24 hours and it was still completely dead, so I took it back to the store.

Unit was DOA out of box

I figured a long charge would help it, and charged it overnight. Unit never took a charge, and was sent back to Mophie. Waiting on a replacement.

Doesn't Work!

Maybe that is why it was on sale. I have another model that was cheaper which I gave to my hubby because I wanted the better Mophie, big mistake!

Tried different cell phones and cables and they won't charge. This was on deep discount and may be on discount because of the issue. Returned the item.

When I read the instructions, it stated the charger was designed specifically for iPhones. This was omitted from the product description and might explain why it didn't work.

Won't charge while using it...

Wouldn't charge at all while I was using the phone. As a matter of fact, the battery was actually depleting even though it was hooked up to a FULLY charged back up battery. Again, my phone is an android.

No charge ?

Same problem as the white one.. very upset

Juice Pack did not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When plugged in to charge, the LEDs indicated it was charging, but it would never accept a full charge, even after 8+ hrs. It initially had 3 solid and 1 flashing LED when charging, right out of the box. That never changed. When connected to a device, no LEDs ever illuminated when the button was pressed and it never charged any of the devices we attempted to use it on. For the price, it seemed like a great solution for having a battery backup when away from traditional charging options. If it had worked as expected, I'd have no hesitation to recommend it to others.

Did not hold Charge

Turns out, after initially charging one, plugged my phone into it and it was dead immediatly. No exaggeration. Fearing I made a mistake, I charged it again and AGAIN it was dead as soon as I plugged my phone in it. I checked the status and followed directions with no success. Remember I bought two so i figured i got a bad apple so I charged the second one up. After doing so and seeing a fully charged state indicator (4 gren dots) i plugged my dead phone in it and it was charging my phone. looks promising, right? After charging my phone to 47% it was DEAD ! I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, I returned them both for a refund. These were an EPIC FAIL.

Luckily did not try it for the first time during a trip as that would be a disaster. I had higher expectations from a Mophie product.
