Do not buy this. Buy a 5 dollar insignia charger, it will work better. Takes forever to charge up then goes dead and only gives your phone about 10 percent at best.

I bought four of these as gifts for Christmas. Unfortunately 2 of them wouldn't charge up. I returned the two to Mophie and they are in the process of sending me new replacements. They were quick and courteous.

I had to return this because it doesn't even charge my phone once on a full charge. It's a shame too because the size and look of the charger is great.

Plugged it in to give it an initial charge; however, after charging for more 12hrs, the battery retained no charge. Returned it the next day.

It appeared to be working properly but once plugged into the phone it quickly stopped and would not charge the device. I returned it.

When Mophie is fully charged it is unable to charge my iphone 6 above 60%. I have other less expensive chargers that perform much better.

I bought 2 of these Mophie Powerstation 4000. Neither would work. I thought maybe they were defective. I went and exchanged them, the problem continued to exist. They look as if they are charging, when we go to use them, no charge. They were dead even if we unplugged them from charging and immediately attempted to charge our phones. We did everything to charge them in different ways, nothing works. What a waste of money. Luckily they were on sale, but still not worth even a penny! Find another portable charger brand!

It did not charge my Apple 6s plus, I'm very disappointed, I bought it for $10.38 on sale in red color , I returned it immediately

Didn't hold a charge it off the box. Seems like a common issue. No point in having this if it deleted faster than my cell phone.

I ordered the Mophie - Juice Pack Powerstation External Battery for Most USB Devices - Red for my daughter's ipod touch 6. When we got it, it was dead. Charged it overnight and never charged. Took it back to Best Buy. Ordered another one which arrived 2 days later (very fast) but it also was dead and after charging overnight it never got power. I finally just got my money back. Note: My complaint is against the product and not Best Buy. Excellent customer service and it was a great price.

I need to try return asap! I bought a few and gave away for gifts. Hopefully they work. My charger definitely did not!!!

I needed a portable charger for my phone. I have fully charged the Mophie numerous times but can not get it to charge my phone more than 50℅.

I got this product wasn’t happy about it. It charges while plugged into the wall. But it won’t charge my devices.

I'm not sure what was up but taking it back for an exchange because I can't use it to charge my phone. Followed directions????

Over priced Only charges maybe 30-40 percent of my battery. If I'm paying 30 bucks for a battery it better charge more than that.
