third time a unit was dead on opening package

The problem here is Best Buy is clearance pricing old units no longer made by Mophie. The unit was completely dead when I received it. I tried to charge it 2x, and it did not charge my phone at all. I contacted mophie and under their warranty I received a replacement that works.

Not what I expected!

I was so pleased that I decided to purchase 2 more since they were on sale at such a great price. Bad decision! Neither would hold a charge...very poor performance. I returned both. Perhaps they were from a "poorly made batch!"

What a headache

The first time, the battery arrived in an opened box even though I ordered a new battery. Best Buy sent me another one that looked new, but it does not charge or provide a charge for my devices. Best Buy really needs to provide functional units for sale.

mophie dead on arrival! When's Garbage day?

Well mine was dead on arrival. Simply will not take a charge and has no juice to give....so I guess this is one "Empty Juice Box". Even on sale...broken just does not have any value. Don't waste your time on these products.

Doesn't work

Once unplugged, would immediately drop back down to two lights, and then would charge the phone for about half a second before saying no charge left. Tried on numerous occasions, also exchanged for another one with the same result.
