Unfortunately this portable charger never charged, and just didn't work at all. I gave it as a gift and was embarrassed to find out that it was nonfunctional. I asked to see it and verified for myself. Returned it to Best Buy, and service agent told me he had the same problem with this brand.

It came with malfunction, it made me sad because red is my favorite color

Doesn't charge your phone but 20% and the battery dies! Not worth $30

I contacted Mophie because I threw away the packaging so I could not take it back to Best Buy. I have just received a replacement from Mophie so I cannot recommend this product at this time.

this product doesn't last very long i would say about an hour or less. i have used it multiple time and still no luck, if you need something for a short time then ok but if you need it to charge or last longer than an hour try another charger. i have an iPhone 6 plus that i used this on.

Even after reading reviews that it didnt work, i went ahead and purchased this product cause of my experience with other mophie battery packs. Unfortunately it didnt work. From full charge, i plug my iphone in and it dies immediately. It doesnt hold a charge for even 30 seconds.

Drains fast only get about half a charge on samsung 6 edge

I've always liked Mophie batteries, but was disappointed with this one - it wouldn't charge properly and didn't hold a charge. When I brought it back, they didn't have another, so I got my money back. May have been just a random failure, but no way to tell.

Like the product brand and have purchased multiple units. However this unit was dead in arrival. Pressing the status button showed no charge. But when plugged in to recharge the LED show 3 of 4. Connection from USB port to charge phone did not work. I got a bad unit.

My mophie did not work. It would take the wall charge but it would not charge my phone. I took it back to get another one and was told there are none for this region. So, I only know the bad!!!

I received one of these for Christmas, when attempting to charge for the first time, it did not charge fully. I exchanged for a new one, and when attempting to charge fully, it again did not charge to full amount. I returned for refund.

I try to use it to charge my Galaxy S7 phone, the battery gets depleted within 20% of the charge. I tried recharge the battery multiple times, but the result is the same. The battery only holds a small fraction (~20%) of S7 battery.

When i first received this device I thought it was great because of how light it was. I charged it for 8 hours and after it showed it was fully charged it died after charging my phone for 5 min. I returned back to store.

In all honesty I must say that I returned the first one for not working and now the second one received also does not work . Since there no longer made by mophie ( old model ) I think there life expectancy is now up.

I have an LG phone and this device will only charge my phone from 5% to about 53%. I have a similar device i paid $5 for that will charge my device from 5% to 95%. The math say this device is over priced for LG phones.

The mophie never worked and I did not realize it until it was too late to take it back. I read online that this was not uncommon.

Did not work when I got it. Would light up to 3 green dots when it would charge over night and as soon as I would plug it in a device it wouldn't charge and only 1 light would be green. Find a different product

Never worked. Wouldn't ever charge phone. Found out this model was really old which explains the price. Maybe too long on the shelf without being charged? Anyways this went back to the store
