This battery pack would charge my phone but woldnt charge my iPod. It was ok to use when had no plug in. Power didn't last as long as thought. Seemed to go dead in between times using it. Constantly charging power pack

This battery did not last me at all. I bought this around February for a trip to Disney World that I would be taking in June. I will admit that I did not take it out of the box until about April. I charged it once fully, then proceeded to try to use it. It would not keep a charge at all. It takes like 5 hours to charge, then once you finally get it charged, it works for all of 30minutes. I'm not sure if it is because I waited too long to take this out of the box, but this did not work for me at all and I regret spending even the little money that I did for this.

Most one star ratings confirmed. This powerstation was "dead" on arrival. I charged the powerstation out of the box. When plugged in for the first time the 4th light was blinking right away, so I let it charge for an hour or two and same light blinking. Thinking that was normal I connected my phone and...nothing. So I charged it over night...nothing. Submitted warranty claim but based on other reviews I will most likely just get a replacement that also does not work.

Charger doesn’t hold its charge. I can’t even use it because it start with a full charge and I get about 15 minutes of charging from it if that. It dies within 24 hours without even using it.

Received one of these as a gift and it was defective (wouldn't charge) right out of the box. Because I had no receipt, Mophie would not replace it. Be careful, they do not fully stand behind their product

Summary: Do not buy, product does not work as indented and does not hold a charge. The people who are giving it 5 stars reviews seems to only be concerned with how it looks, not its performance. I bought this online and received it yesterday 08-12-2017. I let it charge up all night and let my iPhone 7plus's battery die so i could see how much power I can get from this charger. The pack stayed on the charger for 8+ hours and when I woke up it has a full charge, all 4 lights were solid green (100% of change). **Remember my iPhone 7 Plus is complete dead.** I plugged in the pack into my phone and within 2 minutes after checking the status it was down to 3 green lights (75% change) and another 2 minutes it was at 2 lights 50%. 3 minutes later we have one green light (25% charge) and the phone finally turned on. I let the pack drain its battery and i was left with 10% battery power for my phone and the pack is complete dead within (less than) 10 minutes. I'm really confused how this is product is actually helpful to anyone who needs a supplemental battery. This is defiantly not worth the money since it can only provide a 10% charge to an iPhone 7plus. So pretty much you spend 5 hours to charge the back to get 10 minutes of actual use from it. If you're an iPhone user (iPhone 6 or 7 - no plus) I suggest buying the battery case that Apple sells. It might not look 100% pretty but at it works and holds a longer charge as opposed to this rip off/scam item that Mophie developed. I really like the red color but i wish it would actually work properly.

Great mobile charger works fast and amazingly for the price.

Either the unit I purchased was defective or just not worth the money. I received only one charge of about 50% and then it was dead and it took HOURS to get that much of a charge. It's faster to charge my phone & tablet in the car.

Hate it. Takes 3hrs to charge and only 50% battery on my iPhone 7 plus. Took the first one back because I thought it was defective turns out the 2nd one I got is the same thing. Taking it back!

I purchased this item when it was on sale. I have used the Mophie battery before and trusted in their quality. However, it didn't work at all right out of the box. I couldn't go exchange because I opened and tested the product a few weeks after I received it and return date has expired. It was first time in my life I have received a defective product. Will not buy from Mophie ever again.

I bought the red one a couple days ago, charged it for 4 hours, when I unplugged it and plugged it into my IPhone 6 it literally charged it for about 5-7 mins before dying. So I charge it again for 2-3 hours, and it did the same thing. So I exchanged it for the white one thinking I got a defective red one....And what happened?!! THE SAME THING!! Don't waste your time on this power pack. It's garbage. Go buy yourself the MyCharge RazorMax. That's the same price and actually works super good!

I bought this on sale and was excited to receive it. I charged it up and went to use it later that day and it was only showing halfway charged. I plugged in my iPhone and it charged for maybe 5 minutes and the charger died. I assumed it was the charger and exchanged it and got another red one. Same issue. Wouldn't hold a charge. Returned it for a refund. Buyer beware.

I purchased the first one in June, and it has been working great! We decided to get a few more to have for different devices. The first one we got was white, and the three we received yesterday were red. Every one of them were bulging. None had juice, but decided to try charging one. After 4 hours still no charge. Returned all three today. Very disappointed.

Purchased this item while it was on sale in April 2016. Today, July 2nd is the first time I go to use it after fully charging it and it's dead. Battery indicator when I plug it in shows fully charged but when I go to charge a device with it, it won't charge it. Now I'm like 7 days past my 60 day return policy (Elite Member).

it's ok. takes forever to charge though. takes just as long to charge my phone too.

This item is okay, I have to keep charging it constantly. The color is really pretty.

Charged mophie for 5 hours, fully charged. Hooked it to my phone and it only charged it 30% before mophie was dead. Tried again next day. Charged Mophie again till all 4 lights were lit (5 hours) drained within 2 minutes of hooking it to my phone, this time it only charged my phone 15%. It's absolute junk!

I really like this juice pack because I get this one for really good price from Best Buy

I bought this item back in March for my son's graduation in May so I didn't open it until the day before graduation. I charged it overnight and the next day when I plugged it into my phone it was dead. The one that I had previously worked much better. So disappointed in this project.

my first outing i was very disappointed with this produced it charged my phone for about 15 min then stopped. i have an iPhone 6 plus so reading the reviews i thought it would be a good charger. i will try again tomorrow and if it's any better i will repost if not back to store.
