The Mophie PowerStation is great for on the go charging. Small enough to put in your purse or pocket. Bought this for my adult children who were always borrowing my Mophie. A must for teenagers with smartphones!

It worked fantastically when I bought it. But after six months it has stopped holding charge. It takes about 9 hours to charge and the battery drains by itself in less than a day.

I was buying everyone else batteries, but smaller ones. I went ahead a got this one to be able to charge my phone and small tablet. Works great.

I purchased this as a backup charger for my Galaxy Note 3 for when I'm at work and not near a outlet. It charges the phone fast due to the 2 amp charging capability. The only problem is, after I charge the phone from a low battery using the Juice pack it then needs to be charged. So I only get one full charge and that's it. Besides that I love it for the convenience.

The powerstation has been a life saver at keeping my phone charged while I am out and about.

Im fairly new to the Mophie fan club and it is quickly becoming my favorite brand. This external is fairly light and very sleek. An awesome product.

Red mophie battery bought on clearance would not charge itself so couldn't use it-bottom light blinked all day & all night & still no power. I bought the same one in white for me & black for my son over a year ago; paid more but on sale @ Bestbuy; both still working great; white brings my iPhone 6plus from below10% to 100% quickly. Maybe red on clearance because no good??? Returned 1st red mophie to Bestbuy; ordered another red (I really want red but a working red); hoping next one will charge up. Could these red ones be the real Mophie? Surprised at quality issue. Problems with the red for others too it seems; didn't think I'd have problems with red since white & black work so well.

No issues with this one. Uses one cable to charge itself included, and another cable to plug in from it and your device. Works great with iPhone iPad android or anything that needs charging. I like the meter. Push a button and you see the Chargers power level so you know when you need to refill its power!

Have several Mophie products and to get this one @ 4000 ma. with it's features for $9.99...YES $9.99 one a sale was a fantastic deal....Had to look around a lot as it stated "not available within 250 miles and could not be shipped to store" several times ...but....finally was able to order it.

solid product at a great price. keeps my phone charged!

Terrific backup power for when you are running low on battery life on your electronics.

This battery did not last me at all. I bought this around February for a trip to Disney World that I would be taking in June. I will admit that I did not take it out of the box until about April. I charged it once fully, then proceeded to try to use it. It would not keep a charge at all. It takes like 5 hours to charge, then once you finally get it charged, it works for all of 30minutes. I'm not sure if it is because I waited too long to take this out of the box, but this did not work for me at all and I regret spending even the little money that I did for this.

Most one star ratings confirmed. This powerstation was "dead" on arrival. I charged the powerstation out of the box. When plugged in for the first time the 4th light was blinking right away, so I let it charge for an hour or two and same light blinking. Thinking that was normal I connected my phone and...nothing. So I charged it over night...nothing. Submitted warranty claim but based on other reviews I will most likely just get a replacement that also does not work.

Charger doesn’t hold its charge. I can’t even use it because it start with a full charge and I get about 15 minutes of charging from it if that. It dies within 24 hours without even using it.

Love Mophie products And especially the battery packs.

Received one of these as a gift and it was defective (wouldn't charge) right out of the box. Because I had no receipt, Mophie would not replace it. Be careful, they do not fully stand behind their product

After buying the Mophie XL for my niece, I had to get this smaller version for myself. Got it on sale, plus used some of "My Best Buy" rewards and got it for a lot less. Great external & backup batteries!

Summary: Do not buy, product does not work as indented and does not hold a charge. The people who are giving it 5 stars reviews seems to only be concerned with how it looks, not its performance. I bought this online and received it yesterday 08-12-2017. I let it charge up all night and let my iPhone 7plus's battery die so i could see how much power I can get from this charger. The pack stayed on the charger for 8+ hours and when I woke up it has a full charge, all 4 lights were solid green (100% of change). **Remember my iPhone 7 Plus is complete dead.** I plugged in the pack into my phone and within 2 minutes after checking the status it was down to 3 green lights (75% change) and another 2 minutes it was at 2 lights 50%. 3 minutes later we have one green light (25% charge) and the phone finally turned on. I let the pack drain its battery and i was left with 10% battery power for my phone and the pack is complete dead within (less than) 10 minutes. I'm really confused how this is product is actually helpful to anyone who needs a supplemental battery. This is defiantly not worth the money since it can only provide a 10% charge to an iPhone 7plus. So pretty much you spend 5 hours to charge the back to get 10 minutes of actual use from it. If you're an iPhone user (iPhone 6 or 7 - no plus) I suggest buying the battery case that Apple sells. It might not look 100% pretty but at it works and holds a longer charge as opposed to this rip off/scam item that Mophie developed. I really like the red color but i wish it would actually work properly.

Either the unit I purchased was defective or just not worth the money. I received only one charge of about 50% and then it was dead and it took HOURS to get that much of a charge. It's faster to charge my phone & tablet in the car.
