Great mobile charger works fast and amazingly for the price.

Hate it. Takes 3hrs to charge and only 50% battery on my iPhone 7 plus. Took the first one back because I thought it was defective turns out the 2nd one I got is the same thing. Taking it back!

I purchased this item when it was on sale. I have used the Mophie battery before and trusted in their quality. However, it didn't work at all right out of the box. I couldn't go exchange because I opened and tested the product a few weeks after I received it and return date has expired. It was first time in my life I have received a defective product. Will not buy from Mophie ever again.

I bought the red one a couple days ago, charged it for 4 hours, when I unplugged it and plugged it into my IPhone 6 it literally charged it for about 5-7 mins before dying. So I charge it again for 2-3 hours, and it did the same thing. So I exchanged it for the white one thinking I got a defective red one....And what happened?!! THE SAME THING!! Don't waste your time on this power pack. It's garbage. Go buy yourself the MyCharge RazorMax. That's the same price and actually works super good!

I bought this on sale and was excited to receive it. I charged it up and went to use it later that day and it was only showing halfway charged. I plugged in my iPhone and it charged for maybe 5 minutes and the charger died. I assumed it was the charger and exchanged it and got another red one. Same issue. Wouldn't hold a charge. Returned it for a refund. Buyer beware.

I purchased the first one in June, and it has been working great! We decided to get a few more to have for different devices. The first one we got was white, and the three we received yesterday were red. Every one of them were bulging. None had juice, but decided to try charging one. After 4 hours still no charge. Returned all three today. Very disappointed.

Purchased this item while it was on sale in April 2016. Today, July 2nd is the first time I go to use it after fully charging it and it's dead. Battery indicator when I plug it in shows fully charged but when I go to charge a device with it, it won't charge it. Now I'm like 7 days past my 60 day return policy (Elite Member).

it's ok. takes forever to charge though. takes just as long to charge my phone too.

Charged mophie for 5 hours, fully charged. Hooked it to my phone and it only charged it 30% before mophie was dead. Tried again next day. Charged Mophie again till all 4 lights were lit (5 hours) drained within 2 minutes of hooking it to my phone, this time it only charged my phone 15%. It's absolute junk!

I bought this item back in March for my son's graduation in May so I didn't open it until the day before graduation. I charged it overnight and the next day when I plugged it into my phone it was dead. The one that I had previously worked much better. So disappointed in this project.

my first outing i was very disappointed with this produced it charged my phone for about 15 min then stopped. i have an iPhone 6 plus so reading the reviews i thought it would be a good charger. i will try again tomorrow and if it's any better i will repost if not back to store.

I really like this juice pack because I get this one for really good price from Best Buy

Absolute garbage, loses a full charge in under an hour. You literally have to stop charging it and immediately plug it into your device, and even then it loses its own charge faster than it charges your device. Buy literally any other charger in the world.

It won't take a charge. Frustrating. I tried multiple cables and power sources. Nada. Clearance for a reason?

Saw several reviews from buyers warning that product either didn’t work upon purchase or only worked for a short period then stopped working. Well guess what. SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! Mine was completely dead upon shipment. Gave it a full charge over several hours, plugged it into my iPhone 7... and NOTHING! Do not buy folks! Save your money.

I was super excited that I was getting this Mophie case at a steal of a price; now I know why. I charged it and went to use it and it stopped working. I thought maybe my cable was bad so I tried it again and same thing happened. I was frustrated and disappointed to see that this trusted brand had lots of the same problems as the other reviews. I guess that's you get what you pay for.

I am so excited when i recieved! It look beautiful. It was dead after iI charge only 5 minute .It was so terrible.I so sad because i have to return back. My friend wants order 8 more items and i did alredy.!!!My bad. Besttbuy !!!!Pls do not send defected items to customerr!!!! PLS I have to cancel al of them. So sad

I purchased 2 of these at bestbuy.com and had them shipped to my house and both arrived in a timely manner but both were DOA. They would not hold a charge after many attempts so I had to return to the store and exchange them. So far I have tested one and it works fine but it has been a PITA experience so far. Hope this helps ;)

Charger is junk. Maybe charges my iPhone 6+ once and is dead. Buddy has a similar product of a different brand. Charges his phone 3-4 times at a cheaper cost. Don't buy this. Majority of people buy this junk for the cool colors. Don't make the mistake I did.

heled about 1200mah of power not 4000 wouldn't charge mine or my GF phone to 60% after itself being charged fully. Bought a PNY device that has better display and holds fully 7200mAH of power and actually holds that much power don't waste your time with mophie they are just advertised more but aren't built with quality.
