power station 4000 Rechargeable External Battery. can charge your phone slowly up to 85 %. Also power station 4000 discharge very quick.

Never need one before because of price and did not know how to use. Got this one $9.99 with my new phone. Staff at Best Buy explained to me how to use it. Levittown NY Best Buy is awesome!!

After charging the Mophie for 24 hours, I can charge my iPhone 5s to about 50%, but no more. The main problem is that the charge dissipates very quickly. If it sits in my briefcase for a week, it is useless as a brick to charge anything. I have an old Halo 3000 charger that holds a charge for months. I have an Anker 5000 charger that will completely charge my iPhone several times on one charge. This Mophie is a dud by comparison.

i was hoping for more fireworks from a mophie device. This was able to only charge my note4 to 72% from 0 with the mophie itself starting off fully charged. Decent for backup power.

Bought this for a trip I was taking. Went home and charged for 4 hours and it did not charge my phone at all. Returned for another brand.

Not bad for the sale price, but not worth it for the regular price, just wondering it's a 4000mah just one full charging for my phone...

I charged it up. Plugged it in. Pushed the button to start charging it. The charging symbol on my phone appears and about 2 seconds later it disappears. Not charging. Then when I push the button on the battery pack to check how charged it is now it shows no charge at all. Remember that just 3 seconds ago it was fully charged. I assume it's defective but of course I tossed all the packaging so I also assume it's unreturnahle.

Not sure if this device works as specified. Is does seem it is able to completely charge an IPad. Very good appearance and weight.

I wish i knew more about power banks. This cost me 40 dollars and its no where close to being worth the money. It gets the job done but there's better products than this one.

It takes quiet sometime to get it fully charged and doesn't hold a change for long. I would say it can charge my iPhone once fully, then 50% more before draining.

Was what I wanted from a power supply, bought it because it was on sale. Wouldn't have bought it if it was more, definitely an example of "paying for the name".

This is a good charger.. giving it 3 stars only because twice i have bought it and i get one that doesn't work. Had to return to get a working one.

Opened up the box , plugged it in , let it charge and after plugged my iPhone in to see how long it would take to charge but as soon as I did the mophie was already drained ? Must be defective so brought it back . I didn't bother getting a another one , figured it should have worked right the fist time , so one star for wasting my time mophie and I thought you loved me ....... Lol

I bought this as a gift for my son and I glad that I did. It really came in handy for keeping his smartphone charged during a recent power outage.

This batt pack is useful for everyone and almost anything that I personally use in regards to technology. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

It's really pretty. But it will not hold a charge for very long. I did as the instructions said and unplugged as soon as it was fully charged. Two days later I went to use it and it was dead. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. But I just charged it again to full charge and after 1 hour of just sitting (nothing plugged into it) it's already down to 3 lights.

I travel a lot and when I'm on the plane typically playing games on phone or tablet and drain battery. Purchased Morphie to continue gaming.

For iPhone 6 and iPad air 2 work partially. Don't expect to get a full charge of an item, just a partial charge.

Item did not fully charge when I first opened the package. It would only charge up to 3 out of the 4 bars. Then once I plugged in an iPhone or Android device for it to charge, one light would only blink (meaning it needs to be charged). Horrible product. I did not have original packaging to return the item and my Best Buy store did not accept the return.
